Hi I havent played in years When my 4 year old found my game it was cute to watch her play. It got me back in it. She is trying so hard and is pretty good for age. I lost my manual and cant find it and my printer isnt working. So would anyone mind helping me out with some things?

I got Diddy but still havent found the girl or the others can someone help me with finding her?

I Love watching my little ones face when we find something new.

Hi, I'm from Canada, this is my generic username.

I'm a Hardcore DK fan, from the original Arcade games, to the DKC series, I own every DK game ever made (except for the GBC, and GB DK games), I've owned DK64 for almost 4 years now (in fact it's the only reason I decided to buy an N64), but to be honest I was quite disappointed with DK64.

I'm convinced RARE abandoned plans for additional, "hidden" features, just so that they could release it in time for the Christmas rush in 1999. I would have happily waited an extra year, if only they had taken the time to complete it properly. Signs of additional secrets in the game can be found in numerous glitches (if you're curious, just ask, I can still remember a few of those glitches).

One of the only two true secrets in the game however (one of which was found by yours truly, thanks to being informed by someone else of a cool glitch to get into the area in which I found that "secret"), which is the only one that actually changes the game progress at all, is Diddy's 101st regular banana in Jungle Japes.

The only reason I came here to begin with was to see if either of two theories about the game ever turned out to be true.

1)that someone had beaten the 99th level of either DK81 or Jetpac in the "DK Arcade", thus receiving the 'Scroll of Gameplay' and somehow unlocking TRUE hidden features of the game, or (less likely)

2)that someone had gotten the 'Scroll of Gameplay' in DKC on GBC (released approx. 1 year after DK64), and using the game link feature (whatever it was, the method in which data from GBC games could be transferred to N64 games) save the data to DK64, and again somehow unlock TRUE hidden features of the game.

The only reason for the obsession with the 'Scroll of Gameplay', despite the fact that it was just a jest from Cranky, is that Cranky never really said anything quite like that ever before in any other game booklet, it just seemed as if he MIGHT be hinting at something, rather than just saying that the game had no form of gameplay whatsoever.
