Plz this is my last bannana. Is there a way to make sure u win?

To kill the metal fish... go in there as diddy, and use his peanut gun to shoot the three targets behind the fan when the fan isnt moving. The fan will block one target when it stops, and then two the next time. You can hit one target and then the fan moves again. Make sure you have enough ammo.

Get lots of ammo and shoot the targets. It is very frustrating.

How do you get in the fish?

To make the fish appear, you must fly to the top of the lighthouse as Diddy and use the guitar pad that's on its roof.

Use the teleport pads to quickly get to the area with the sunken ship and search for it (it always comes from the same place and moves slowly). Wait until its mouth opens and then quickly swim inside.

Once inside, kill the bee, get on one of the crates, and shoot one of the two targets on top. If you start with the bottom target, you won't be able to finish in time. Even if the timer reaches 00 and the "You Failed!" music begins to play, you still have a few seconds to destroy the final target and get the banana before you're returned to the lake.
