I finally figured out how to get lilka's lvl 3 force ability (extend): Talk to the dog (Rassyu) when visiting T'bok Village for the first time to get the teleportOrb. Then put lilka as your main character and use it. she will accidentaly pop up into some island where she can complete the island outpost side quest!

When i learned this somebody told me that it had to be done right after you got the teleportOrb, and before going to qartly or any other mission.

Now, here's my situation: right now i have just completed 3 of the Diablo pillars (like 6 missions ahead of the t'bok village). when i tried to teleport with lilka i couldn't get to the island... now I'M SCARED!!!

Q: did i screw it up? did i lose my chance of getting the EXTEND ability? if not then... What do i have to do to teleport to the island?

trying going back to t'bok village and talk to some of those people again and then leave town and use the teleport orb with lilka. if that doesn't work then you're probably SOL.

not only do you not get her level 3 force ability buy you also don't get any of the level 2 magic either.

finding the island outpost isn't mandatory for completing the game but it does make things a lot easier.

talk to the guy in the library in siljie region, then let lilka use the orb..
