There are already pokemon comics on this board, but How aboyt pokemon stories? Can't forget those! Heres one that I wrote, but It's not finished yet. Nooo, lol!
"That was fun, wasn't it Ninetails?" The trainer looked over and smiled at the pokemon. Happily, the beautiful creature seemed almost as if it were smiling back, grinning for it's own seperate reasons. The trainer was none other than the legendary Melody, a pokemon master who had peacfully and sneakily made her way to the top, and nobody really realized how great she was until all the Final 4 had been deafeated by none other than herself. Now people came from all over, just to get a glance at this wonder of a trainer. The 'fun' that Melody had been refering too was a friendly pokemon match with her brother, Hito. They had been training for quite some time together, upping their pokemons strength as well as earning their trust even more. Ninetails had been the victor, and Hito's poor Chikorita was lying knocked out on the ground with a nasty burn smoking on its backside. Melody and Hito weren't worried though, because they had brought along a seemingly endless supply of revive, and full heal. They applied the stuff to the poor Pokemon, and it got up a little angrily, but was not hurt very badly. Melody decided that it was time to bring out all their pokemon and have a little lunch. The young girl grinned and then threw out 5 pokeballs containing, Pichu, Clefid,

"I must be the worst trainer in the world," Sam muttered to himself as his two pokemon were attacked with no mercy. "If you want to be a good trainer, maybe you should train some more, you pathetic loser!" said Josh, a top notch trainer in Johto and also Sam's rival. "If you didn't waste your energy playing video games all the time, maybe you wouldn't suck so bad!" Josh overtowered Sam by about five inches, but Sam thought he could outsmart Josh...somehow. Sam's dream, like every other Pokemon trainer, was to become a Pokemon Master and to challenge the Elite Four. Professor Elm was kind enough to give him his first Pokemon, a Cyndaquil. At first, it disliked Sam and thought him to be incompetent as a trainer, but they grew to like each other, and Cyndaquil was Sam's favorite Pokemon. He had found another Pokemon--Pidgey--which he liked, but not as much as Cyndaquil. Sam went home discouraged. His mom tried to cheer him up, but it was no consolation to him. He missed his dad. He missed his old life. He wanted to do something spectacular--to set himself apart from all the rest. Then it struck him, he would undergo the sixteen gym leader challenge*, but he would need more than a Cyndaquil and Pidgey to take him all the way. Over the next couple of days, Sam studied Pokemon evolutions, statistics, qualities, and type advantages. He decided that he would need a Fire, Flying, Dark, Psychic, Rock, and Ice types, but he didn't know what he would decide to get. He began his route to Cherrygrove City. It wasn't too interesting for him: a quick run through some grass with an occasional battle. He focused on keeping all of his Pokemon at the same general level before he faced his first gym leader in Violet City. A man offered to give him a tour of Cherrygrove. Sam accepted, and as a result got a Map of Johto and Kanto. Sam slept through the night, and got up refreshed the next morning. He went to the next road leading to Violet City, but he got a call from Professor Elm who wanted him to talk to Mr. Pokemon and get a mysterious item. Sam strove on through the wild pokemon area to Mr. Pokemon's house and found some berries outside. He went inside and Mr. Pokemon gave him the Mystery Egg. Mr. Pokemon told Sam to take it back immediately to Prof. Elm. Sam complied and was on his way. He found a wild Weedle who poisoned his Cyndaquil. It was hurting to the point of fainting, so Sam took it to the Pokemon center in Cherrygrove, but it was too late. Cyndaquil had already fainted, and it took another full day's rest for it to recover. He was about to leave Cherrygrove when he saw Prof. Elm's daughter, Ashley. She had a stunning figure. With silky blonde hair and radiant eyes, every young man coveted her. Sam was no different. Ashley challenged him to a battle. Sam really wanted to win, but he didn't know what to do...
To be continued.
What do you think so far?

Umm....*Scratches head* Why am in these stories?

In a land of pokemon, a girl seeks the truth in her life. Where did she came from and why was she alone? For she is 14. But her life without memory began. Every thing in her past she could remember is none. She travels for anwser of her real mother and father. She holds the neckless that was said to belong to her mother. A heart pedant covered with one red, blue, and green gem. Her adoptive mother said she had found her with the neckless already on her neck. She travels along with her pet, Pichu. She sits on the edge of the cliff looking trowards the horizon. "Why was I left alone? Was there some reason?" Tears began to moist her eyes. "Why did the leave me here alone with a only clue such as this? What ever happen to them?" She wipes her eyes a stands up. She looks straight ahead troward a village. "Pichu... Lets go."

re: Poke Stories

So I decided my rendition of the Gold and Silver version lacked imagination, so I'm beginning a new story. Hope you like it!
Episode #1: Scramble!
I awoke early, eager to start my journey to see Professor Oak, a world-renowned Pokemon researcher. I was an avid and somewhat famous Pokemon watcher. Although I was young, the professor had requested my presence regarding the unusual behavior of his multifarious Pokemon. I was intrigued by the problem, but I had no way to get to Kanto from my remote home in Sootopolis City.
I explained the situation to my dad, and he let me borrow his prized Swellow to fly to Pallet Town, where the professor lived. My mom and dad both hurried me out the door after a hearty breakfast to begin my trip. I left home with maps of Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn; a radio; a cellphone; clothes; and other unimportant items. My life would never be the same...
The flight was magnificent so far, although I had to fight for my life to hold on! We were passing over Johto now, when a loud noise caught my attention. A throng of Fearow were purging upon Swellow and me. Swellow was already tired from flying all day, and I wasn't sure how much damage he could take from the Fearow. I had made the mistake of not stopping to rest at midday, a costly decision on my part. I figured I would have to land to avoid being pecked to death.
I told Swellow to land in the nearest city but the Fearow malevolently dive-bombed us and prevented our retreat. Not only were the Fearow a problem now, but it also started to rain heavily. Thunder and lightning soon began to kick in. "Damn," I said to myself, "I wish I had more Pokemon." Just when I thought all hope was lost, something amazing happened. A lightning bolt split into about twenty individual bolts and struck each and every one of the Fearow.
Swellow passed out. Exasperated from the action, he fell gracefully from the sky. I panicked; I didn't know what to do. I just sat on Swellow's back and accepted my fate. As we got closer to the ground, I shut my eyes. Before we hit the ground, a strange feeling came over me. I opened my eyes and heard something distant. It sounded like, "Natu, Wish for Swellow and its trainer," and I thought to myself, 'What the...?' Then, I started to feel lightheaded. The world was turning upside down, and I felt very dizzy. Swellow surprisingly woke up and landed safely on the ground. I rolled off the bird and fell unconscious.

Part II (at least it's longer.^.^') They finally made it to the village. Pichu limping behind. "Oh, Pichu. I'm sorry for putting you into all thoose battles. Let's go find a pokemon center." She carried her Pichu and went on to find a pokemon center. As they entered the nurse gladly welcomes them. "Hello. I see you pichu needs recovery. What is your name?" "My name......." She looked down and thought "what did my real parents called me?" She looked up at her and said "It' Naomi. My name is Naomi." "Oh, what a pretty name! Did your parents called you that?" "My mother who adobted me called me by that name." She replied "Okay Naomi. You can have a seat while we recover your pichu. We'll call out your name when Pichu's all better."
On the otherside of the village lived a boy and his family. He looked at the portrait of his father hanging on the wall next to the dinner table. "I'm going to become a pokemon trainer....just like dad." "*sigh* Your father study well about pokemon on weaknesses and strenght, types, attacks, and levels. But you hate studying so how could you become like your father?" Says his mother. "I'll learn by experence!" Says the boy with a gleam in his eye. "You know Christopher....if you study more you wouldn't have trouble battling all thoose gymleaders." "Aww...mom. I'll learn don't worry. And.....and it's chris okay?" "Okay, CHRIS. Why don't you do your mother a favor and tuck you little sister in. You know how scared she is of big bad pokemon under her bed." "Mom....Do I have to? She's soooo annoying!" He complained. " You will unless you don't want any money for your trip tomorrow." Mumbling, he went upstairs to his sisters room. "Chrissy! Chrissy! Look at the doll Bleys gave me!" Says little Rei jumping up and down excitedly with her stuffed pikachu in her hand. "it'll be my best friend and help me be brave from the mean ol' bad monster pokemon!' "Rei.....my name's chris." He looked at the toy doll his older brother sent to Rei. "I wonder how bleys is doing. Rei, it's time for bed maybe pikachu is tired from the air trip all the way from Kanto." Bleys was the oldest sibling of the family. He was a grad at the pokemon school in the village. He was always an A student. He left 3 months ago to a place in Kanto to study more about pokemon. "I named it Cuddles. Cuz it always fun...to..cuddle...with...it..." She dozed off to sleep. "Hmm....must of been sleepy from all that jumping." He placed the blanket on top of her. " Good night Rei." He said quietly as he left the room and turned off the lights. He thought how lonely she'll be when he'll leave tommorrow. He went into his room and looked up into the night sky. "Father....I wish you were still here with us. Rei and I misses you a lot. She growned so big too. And I know Bleys is learning hard so he can help pokemon and make you proud. I hope your watching over me when I leave for my trip tommorrow. I hope it's not as hard to watch over me in the sky than it is in real-life." He smiled as a shooting start past the sky. He looked at his poke'ball resting on his drawer beside his bed. "Growlithe.....I remember when you first gave him to me father...he was just a puppy... and I was 3..... it's been already 11 years and he grown to be a great fire pokemon. I'll make you proud father."
I'll post the next part latr. ermm yeah....

Nice.
Episode #2: Mishaps in Viridian
After two days, I found myself in a Pokemon Center in Viridian City. Swellow was being nursed back to health, so I was happy for the first time in days. I enjoyed the repose from life, and then it hit me. 'What had happened to me that day? Why am I still alive?' I had to find out. I was about to leave the center, but Nurse Joy came and severely reprimanded me. "What do you think you were doing out there? You could have been killed! I thought you were a responsible young man, Mr. Akins..." I soon learned to tune her out. After she finished ranting, I told her that I felt better and that I wanted to leave with Swellow. She complied reluctantly and let me go. She also gave me some free food, which Swellow and I stuffed ourselves with. Before we left, however, I asked her whether she knew what happened to me two days ago. She explained that she caught a glimpse of the action and saw the trainer who saved me. I asked Nurse Joy who he or she was and all she did was give me a phone number.
I decided to take the afternoon off to explore the city. It was a young and bustling town, but there wasn't much to do. I just spent a lot of time with Swellow. We went to a restaurant for some cheap food, and then we left to go back to the Pokemon Center. Then, I remembered the number. I called, expecting an answer, but when the answer machine replied, I thought to leave a quick message. "Hi, this is Lance Akins. Remember the incident two days ago where a guy fell from the sky on a Swellow? That's me. I have a hint that someone from this house saved me. Call me back at (790) 224-8534." I fed Swellow a final meal, brushed my teeth, and went to sleep.
In the morning, I decided to make my way to Pallet Town, about a mile south of Viridian. I was ready to go when I got a call.

Josh's Adventure: Episode One
It all started when I went to Lavender Town. My older brother said it changed quite a bit since the last time he went there ten years ago. I wasn't even born when he went there last. He took me up to the top of the tower and I felt a dark presence around me. It seemed to put pressure on my head and it felt cold and lifeless. I shuddered. we waited awhile, and my brother and I were soon alone in a section of the tower with little light. We entered upon a room that had a statue of a Gyarados. It was my parent's Gyarados. The three of them died in a raging storm after fighting a fierce Pokemon battle.
While reflecting on this, all of a sudden, the lights went out, and I stumbled upon a grave, looking for my brother. I was left alone in a 500 year old masoleum. I felt darkness swirling around me, and I stayed as still as the corpses of the Pokemon buried in the earth under me. Then I felt that dark presence again, but this time, I felt a cold, wet sheet against my hand.
I saw two shining red eyes out of the moonlight. I was like "Holy $H!T" and scrambled to my feet, only to trip over a grave and land on my face. The thing followed me and I saw the creepy red eyes again. Then, my Pokedex started bleeping and my heart stopped. I looked at the small LCD screen and I saw those red eyes again. It was on a skull, attatched to black rags. The sexy voice of my Pokedex (I programmed it to have a sexy chick voice) spoke information about a "Duskull." What the hell was a Duskull? A Pokemon?
I began to feel more courageous. I saw my first Pokemon in the wild, and I didn't know how to capture it without a Pokemon of my own. The Duskull shone brighter and I could see it clearly now. I searched over and over in my mind what to do. An idea popped into my mind. The Ancient Ball! I purchased an Ancient Ball on an excavation trip! I slowly drew it out and faced my opponent....

Episode #3: Friendships
In the morning, I decided to make my way to Pallet Town, about a mile south of Viridian. I was ready to go when I got a call.
"Hello?" "Hi Lance." "Who is this?" "I'm Katie Severson, the trainer who saved you the other day." "Oh...It's nice to finally talk to you. Were you the one that distracted the Fearow, too?" "Yeah, my Electrike and I are very close." "You have an Electrike!? I've tried for years to find one. May I come over and see?" "Uhh...Sure, my parents are in Saffron City, so there's no problem with inviting you. I live at 8 Foxcroft Road. You can come at 3:00. Don't be late!" "Sounds good, Katie. Bye!" "See you later."
My plans for the day had changed for the better. She sounded nice, but I would make my own assessment later. Professor Oak would probably get mad at me for delaying to visit him, so I'll just talk to her for thirty minutes.
Much to my surprise, Katie had a lot of Pokemon at her house, and most looked very powerful. We talked for a long time about many things, and then she brought up the fact that she's going to visit Pallet Town to begin her quest to fight in the Pokemon League. She explained that only two of the Pokemon at the house were actually hers--Electrike and Natu. I took a look at her Pokemon to see that they were very well groomed. I thanked both of them for saving my life. Electrike gave me quite a shock after I petted it, though. Afterwards, I told here I was heading to Pallet to help Profesor Oak with a problem regarding his Pokemon. Katie was ecstatic.
"You know Professor Oak?!" "We're pretty good friends. It's not a big deal." "Yes it is! Professor Oak is like the best Pokemon professor in the world! I would love to meet him." "Do you want to come with me to Pallet?" "I'd love to!"
Then my phone rang. It was probably Professor Oak, hoping to lecture me on the importance of being punctual.
"Hello?" "Hi Lance, this is the professor. Where are you? My Pokemon have gotten worse. You need to come over right away!" "All right. Bye."
Katie and I mounted Swellow to fly to Pallet Town. I hoped that nothing bad would happen on the way. We were fortunate in that aspect, but the professor was furious when we got there. He harangued us about being late, and then I explained my predicament, so he let us off the hook. He then expounded upon his problem with the Pokemon.
"It seems as if the Pokemon don't want to eat anymore, and their condition is getting worse by the minute." "Perhaps you would excuse us, Katie, while we try to solve the problem." "No, I have an idea of why the Pokemon aren't eating. Professor, do you supervise the Pokemon while they eat?" "No, I can't say that I do, but what does that have to do with anything?" "I have an idea. Take me to one of the Pokemon, please."
We followed the professor outside to find a starving Caterpie. The professor put some food in front of it, but the Caterpie refused to eat. Professor Oak was about to leave, but Katie stopped him.
"Wait! Look over there!"

Josh's Adventure: Episode Two
I tossed the ball with all of my strength. I wasn't clear on what happened next. I heard rocking of metal, and then the soft tone of the Ancient Ball. I started to head toward the ball, and again I tripped on a gravestone. I swore and opened the ball and the Duskull popped out. It was smiling at me. I decided to name it Skull, because I wasn't sure how to spell his real name. We sat together for awhile, and I began to trust it, since it was my Pokemon, and it began to become friendlier toward me. I sat down on the cold, damp ground and started to think. On TV, I saw a trainer who always kept a Pikachu on his shoulder and I saw a girl who always carried a Togepi, so I decided this would be fun to do. I got up with hope and courage in my brain and headed toward the exit arch in the dim room. Nothing could go wrong now that I had a...BAM! I tripped on a gravestone again.
My brother and I took the Pidgeot Express to Celadon City, where my brother lived. He worked at the Celedon Poke Mart, a monopoly of all Pokemon Marts that was owned by the same company ad Goldenrod Poke Mart. We asked the salesperson what Ghost Pokemon like to eat and other information about Ghost Pokemon. She said that ghost Pokemon don't eat because they are dead, but do enjoy small treats and they like any kind of blood. I shuddered at the thought and wondered if I'd have to cut my hand in order to give it it's favorite food. Nasty! But Skull reminded me of a baby vampire, and vampires kick ass.
I said goodbye to my brother as I headed onto the hot air balloon carried by the Pidgeot (that's how Pidgeot Express works). We took off, and everything was fine for a half an hour or so. But then I heard a flock of Skarmory in the distance. My heart sank into my stomach. I heard about the attack of the Skarmory flock on different air rides and I was paralyzed. I couldn't tell the Pidegeot to go faster, because she was not my Pokemon. The multitude of Skarmory edged closer.
I didn't have another Ancient Ball, nor would another one be effective against a non-Ghost type. Skull was completely unaware of the situation. The Pidgeot seemed to move faster, but it didn't matter. The Skarmory were here. They sliced the balloon and the Pidgeot zoomed away, and Skull and I were falling towards the hard ground.
That was the first time I heard Skull speak. It was more of a shriek, but with a deep and scratchy voice. I had no time to think, because my Pokemon and I were going to die. The Skarmory circled around and flew toward us, and I almost blacked out. But then the Pidgeot, free from the confines of the balloon, swooped under me and picked me up. I was relieved, and Skull floated onto my shoulders (Ghosts, of course, can fly).
Pidgeot's speed vs. Skarmory speed was no contest. Pidgeot soon outran them. We were almost out of their reach when I saw a baby Skarmory falling out of the sky. The leader didn't even notice. I was astonished and urged the Pidgeot to catch the baby. She obeyed only because most Pokemon respect each other's well being. Pidgeot caught it between her talons. We flew back to the Celadon Pokemon Center, and Nurse Alicia took the injured bird to the emergency room.
I waited for what seemed hours, and I was right. It was nighttime. Alicia came out of the room and said Skarmory is in critical condition. I told her what happened and then she gave me a hug. I felt a lot better, and I went to sleep on the couch.
When I woke up, Alicia was sitting on the edge of the couch. Her face was wet with tears and her eyes were sort of red. In my heart, I knew what happened. I put my arms around her and she cried for a bit. Then she blew her nose and closed her eyes.
There was a lot of confusion in my mind on what to do next. I had a Ghost Pokemon, a beautiful nurse in my arms, no direction, and my world full of mystery.

Part III "Naomi....." "Huh....?' "Naomi.....look closer...." "Closer at what?" "Follow the boy...." "Who....what....Who are you?" "We'll be waiting......." "Wait! What are you talking about?" "Follow......him......." "Are you.....?" "Naomi! Wake up!" She sat up with a jolt. "Oh! I'm sorry to wake you. It's morning and your Pichu is fully healed." She thought to herself. It was a dream? What did it mean? "Naomi? Are you okay?" "Huh? Oh, I'm fine. Yeah, I'm okay. Thank you for everything." "Your really welcome." She sat up and left with Pichu troting behind. "Hey pichu. glad to see your alright." "Pi, pichu." "I got all the stuff we need last night while you we're recovering." They walked all the way till' they we're nearly out of the village when they were surrounded by a strange group which had a red "R" on their shirt. "What do you want? We're kinda in a hurry." Said Naomi. "Hello cutie. We're here for your Pichu." "What is your concern for my Pichu?" "Oh, nothing much but my boss would like a pichu like your. ANd maybe we'll steal that neckless of your too. i bet with all those Ancient gems on it, it would cost a lot of money." Ancient? Naomi thought to herself. This is Ancient? "How do you know it's Ancient?" "Enough talk!" Naomi was suddenly surrounded by a large pack of fierce pokemon. Pichu was able to ward some of them off, but it was no use. There was too many. Pichu was soon beat up by many pokemon. "Pichu! You've turned all these pokemon into monsters! Why train them to beat up other pokemon and hurt them?" "Hmph. Pokemon uses are to serve us and us only. Who cares about weaker ones. Maybe we'll be able to make your Pichu a bit stronger than it is now. Thank you for your patience. Haha." Then something happened.....
Kay done. Sucky ending though. I'll post the next one latr.
