Here are the cheats that i've found

Change pokemon colour - Your pokemons colour is effected by it's name. Use alternating upper and lower case for a red monster, or all lower case for a different effect. Try different combinations!

Hyper-difficult kids club - Win "who's the best" five times in a row againsthard cpu opponents to unlock th hyper mode

Amnesia psyduck - By installing all 151 pokemon in the hall of fame, you'll get your hands on amnesia psyduck - a normal psyduck who's learned the powerful amneasia move.

Doduo mode - Do master cup in the poke' cup and you'll be handed this pokemon as your reward. He enables you to play pokemon red/blue at double speed in pokemon tower, by using the c buttons

Dodrio mode - This monster is your reward for doing master cup in the prime cup. You'll be able to play the game boy three times faster with him.

Bonsus pokemon - During castle mode, flatten each boss to be rewarded with one of eight rare pokemon. The list includes bulbasaur, charmander, eevee, hitmonchan, hitmonlee, kabuto, ominite and squirtle

R-2 mode - Finish the entire game - all the cups, the castle mode, the mewtwo battle and the hall of fame to access the hard mode. All battles will no be level 100, but you'll be able to rent little mew to help you out. Press c-right on the title screen to swich back to normal mode.
