	To get a Surfin' Pikachu, you must be up to the Prime Cup Masterball in Round 2. Assemble an unregistered team for battle which has a Pikachu from R/B/Y. The Pikachu must fight in every battle, and you cannot use any continues. Once you win the tournament, your Pikachu can learn Surf. -------------------

	I'm still getting Pikachu up to Lv100 so it won't get crushed in the battles should I have to use it. -------------------
