You get Mew and Mewtwo by beating this thing called Round Two. To get it, you need to beat the gym leader castle, elite four (after gym leader castle), and get all four trophys in Little, Pika, Prime, and Poke. Once done with that, you need to beat your Rival in Round One. After beating him, you get Round Two. Beat round two to get Mew and Mewtwo. I'm pretty sure the Round Two rival is hard. On some guide thing, the person said he has Mewtwo, Mew, and some other rare pokemon.
