That's easy. Just go back to the room with Kainen and then head up the chain you originally came from. It should be around the pipe area.

Sure. Use Baron to fly to the Donglin, Kujara Summit, Circus Town and Water Temple. Equip the robe for the pig that cursed that area and use it to destroy the panels.
