Shin Akuma can beat Omega Rugal too? Then he's really strong. I guess I just have to check that out.

Well, Shin Akuma sure have advantages against the Omega Rugal in Capcom VS SNK 2 (of course, this game was made from Capcom
 ), but I think Omega Rugal in KOF 98 will definitively kick Shin Akuma's ass . Omega Rugal 98's fireball shield probably can block all his fireball except SDM. Besides, most of Omegal Rugal 98's moves are combos and take a lot of damages  . In fact, all the KOF boss are stronger than any SF's boss  .Well, maybe the Shin Akuma in SVC Chaos can beat Omega Rugal 98 because he is really strong (see, SNK is generous, unlike Capcom, always tries to decrease SNK fighters abilities. Damn! Capcom VS SNK is such bad game !). | |

I've been playing capcom vs snk 2 for quite some time and i'd have to say that rugal is way better than akuma. i could play akuma (who's really easy since he,ryu,ken,dan, and sakura all have the same basic moves) and do all right but when i play as rugal i'm practically unstoppable (against my friends but they don't like fighting me much).

Rugal would defenetly own shin akuma. First because akuma only got that powerful because rugal gave him some orochi power with out that akuma is nothing to rugal. So Omega rugal vs shin akuma= Omega rugal wins!!
