I think it has more to do with the villagers. (i.e. you remember their birthdays, you go into town and talk to them as often as possible)

I never just talk to them once, I always talk to them twice. And i don't start giving gifts to the other villigars -except my girl of course- until after I'm married, because all my time and money goes to the one I love, {til after I'm married~~!!}

u sure the baby doesnt grow up, im pretty sure it does, cause once it does u can hand it gifts and stuff or so i heard

2.get married. if you marry a citizen of the village, then that makes you a citizen too.(easy way)

or

yes you can still play it...and you can pass it on o the next generation of your family..your son..your son's son, your son's son's son ^^ and you can even make it a family treasure or sumthin' haha lol that is of course if the cd is still on good condition ^^, even if the world ends this game wont ^^
