my dad said when we move i could make a blacksmith area, but i wanna make a metal bustersword, but i wanna make it with some kind of metal maybe steel, and im thinking about 5 or 6 square slabs of steel the same size as the bustersword metal in final fantasy crisis core and my dad said that instead of welding theirs a way that i cant remember and i asked my dad what he said earlier and he could'nt remember, but he said it melts the slabs of metal together other than welding the sides together because the welding makes the metal more weak, does anyone know if they would know what kind of tool would melt the sides to each other, but i cant afford it my dad says but i'll probobly wait til i get a good paying job, but i'd like to know if theirs something out their i could buy for to make it. thanks fellow forum ppl

my question is their a machine or tool i could buy to melt the connections of the metal plates together?

also, you are aware that this weapon could only ever be used for display and ornamental purposes. It will weigh a tonne

To make it look authentic you'd have to spray over the wielded parts.
