alright sorry. this is my first time using a real forum >_> so i'm confused right now. i see a picture of ruby or emerald weapon( one of those big weapons you know..a monster) and then people are guessing stuff like the slums or a cave...whats going on .

oh sorry! picture was so small I couldn't really notice it . but um, I'd say it's somthing to do with the light you see after the shinra building, at the motorcycle part.

they are lights but not in the shinra building, how ever, the lights are connected to shinra.

I hate to do this but the answer is going to have to be more specific.
