Golden Sun: The Last Battle [M] [PM]
|
Welcome one and all to the fourth and final installment of the Golden Sun RP started by myself and GreatPhoenix. This RP is a sequel to Golden Sun: Advent of Twilight
The other two RPs in the series are: Golden Sun: Fall of the Adepts [First RP] Golden Sun: Era of Darkness [Second RP]
I ask that newcomers be at least familiar with the events of all three previous RPs. To help with that, a very basic concept summary has been written for you all. It's assumed that anyone joining the RP has played the two games the RPs are based on (Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age) and knows at the very least what the basic story of the games is.
~Summary of the Story Thus Far~
Thousands of years after the events of Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age, adepts are encountering problems that threaten their very existence. Diseases that ravage only adepts, the invention of machines that take over the jobs of adepts, and much more. In this period, the luna adept Ronos Rein encountered the Shade, Innes, in Airs Rock. After initial disagreements, the two set off together to wipe sol adepts off the face of Weyard. Along the way, they meet resistance from the Mercury and Mars adept, Zander, the werewolf and Jupiter adept, Taro Adriax, and the Venus adept, Rayn who try to protect the Sol adept, Aura Rein, sister of Ronos. The fact remains unknown, however, for quite some time. They join forces in pursuit of Aura and Ronos' older sister, Myria, an adept whom Aura believes destroyed her hometown and killed their own parents. Myria is defeated by Aura at Venus Lighthouse and is rescued by a man known as Izanov. It is revealed during this time, that Ronos and Aura are siblings. While in wonderment of their next move, Ronos is told of Tolbi, a world superpower, is preparing to move against adepts and wipe them out completely. Taro, ashamed at being the weakest in the group, gives in to a being known as Pride who disappears for a period of time. Unable to do anything about Tolbi for the moment, the group splits up to become stronger, waiting for that fateful day when they would come together once again to fight Tolbi. It came much sooner than expected when Ronos stumbled upon a cave in Contigo and received instruction and training from the Luna Goddess. Cut back to Taro/Pride, who comes across the 9 year old Venus adept, Ryzeth who he promptly adopts. He meets up with Aura, Rayn, and Zander and they are quickly joined by Ronos himself in search of the fragments of his own body, soul, and mind. Together once again, the group heads for Kalay, only to find it under attack from Tolbi. Unable to ignore the terrible deeds of Tolbi, the group plunges into a warzone intent on liberating Kalay. While there, Aura fights Myria once again and kills her. She also learns of the terrible experiments performed by Izanov on herself, Zander, and Ronos among other adepts. Ronos, in the mean time, meets a devil from the past. Alex, the man who strived to become a god by finding the Stone of Sages. Alex reveals a horrifying fact about Ronos, that he is a part of Alex, as are all Luna adepts. Alex, then possesses the luna adept, intent on claiming his body for his own, but fails and exists only as a split personality of the adept. At this point, the group meets Ghost, a Mars adept with immense physical strength because of the psynergy building up inside him without release due to his adept disease. They also meet Seth, a Radiant who has also been tampered with by Izanov. Under Izanov's directions, the group pursues him to Mt. Aleph, the site of Alex's downfall thousands of years before where they are met by Alex's four elemental servants. Kaze of the Wind who promptly battles Taro. Kasai of Fire, who Ghost takes on. Tsuchi of Earth, fought by Rayn. And Mizu of Water, who Zander fights, leaving only Ronos and Aura to do battle with Izanov. Atop Mt. Aleph, Izanov reveals Alex's presence inside Ronos, prompting the spirit Izanov trapped in Aura, Michelle, to take over and fight Ronos. The Luna Goddess, seeing that Ronos would not overpower both Michelle and Izanov, cast a spell with the aid of the guardian of Weyard, the Wise One, that sealed Ronos' power away. Meanwhile, Seth fights Innes in the heavens, the fight is observed by Ghost. The Radiant and Shade are eventually fused together to form a child called Enzo who has extraordinary powers, even for an adept. He has power over gravity. Zander, at this point, returns and fights both Izanov, and a creature called Myriad, killing Izanov in the process of the fight. Michelle, eventually defeated by Ronos, begins to fade. Aura's life force also drains away. In an attempt to save his sister's life, Ronos gives in to Alex, who takes over the luna adept's body and, true to his word, saves Aura and effortlessly defeats the entire group. Five years later...
(Era of Darkness begins)
Taro has become the leader of a resistance group called Morta Gailis and wages war against both Tolbi, and Alex (who controls Tolbi). Alex has made his capital Razgarde, a floating city above Mt. Aleph above a lava pit. The group has been scattered, but now the wheels of time turn again and the group comes together, with the exception of Ronos, Innes, Seth, and Ghost once again. They are called the Seven Greats because next to Alex, they are considered to be the strongest individuals on the planet. Joining Taro, Rayn, Aura, Zander in their battle is the young 15 year old Mercury and Jupiter adept, Rith Soromer who bears an incredible resemblence to Ronos, the odd, eccentric, yet cheerful Mars adept, Kirie (also called Dolores), and Ryzeth who is now 14, Suirt, a venus adept, and Enzo, a pluto adept. Rith encounters the mysterious luna adept, Severein Auronis who hints that he knows the young adept's past. Something even Rith doesn't know. So Rith, along with Ryzeth, Kirie, Enzo, and Suirt, sets out to Jupiter lighthouse to meet Severein and learn of his past. Horrified at this, Taro and the other adults pursue them. Meanwhile, Ghost is captured and brought before Alex who attempts to absorb Ghost and become all powerful. Ghost, rather than bending his knee to Alex, opts to attempt to kill himself. But his attempt is only somewhat successful. In truth, he died, but the Mars Goddess restored him. Unfortunately, he remains stuck in his 5-year old body. He learns of the reason for his adept disease and the seal placed on his power. At Jupiter lighthouse, the children meet a mysterious group of people, included among them, is Kirie's father. Insisting that Rith go on, Kirie squares off against her father and is rescued by the mysterious and lecherous Gray after taking a beating. Rith, meanwhile, battles Severein atop the lighthouse aerie and is soundly defeated. Severein, however, expecting no less, is about to reveal Rith's past when Aura glimpses his face. She calls his name, "Ronos?" Severein then reveals that he is indeed Aura's long lost brother and that Rith is in fact a fragment of himself. Five years ago, Alex took over his body. Severein became nothing more than a spirit and had a new body crafted for himself by the Wise One. Rith, meanwhile, was formed when Alex, wanting only Ronos' power and youth, rejected Ronos' body which regressed in age back to it's youth. Following that explanation, Severein revealed the need for another element as Enzo's pluto psynergy, without an element to complement it, was destroying Weyard from the inside out. Severein sends the group back to Morta Gailis in preparation to embark on a journey for the eighth element. However, Taro is captured by Alex after admitting to having feelings for Aura and she to him, and is possessed and later attacks Morta Gailis. Severein leaves his perch on Jupiter Lighthouse to go into Razgarde, Alex's palace in the sky, and confront the monstrous adept while the other combat Taro. It ends in Taro successfully fighting off the possession and Severein returning alive. Deciding that it is time to strike Tolbi down once and for all, Severein, Zander, and Aya, a mercury adept who joined the war against Alex shortly after Taro's possession, infiltrate Tolbi to scout information. Severein finds what he needs and leaves at Zander's request to do battle with Rith, who has gone berserk and transformed into a one-winged entity called a messenger. Severein explains that he and Rith are people that were chosen by the Radiants and Shades and given their power to do battle in the heavens. Zander then proceeds to do battle with Kasai, Tsuchi, and Aya. He kills Kasai and leaves Tsuchi alive within an inch of his life. Aya is relatively unharmed. A new and very mysterious power is awakened within Zander and the adept, barely alive, returns to Morta Gailis. To Mizu, who is pregnant with his child. Meanwhile, Enzo turns traitor and lures Taro into a trap, ultimatly ending in Taro meeting up with his long lost father and werewolf clan. He rendezvouses with Severein and the Morta Gailis army, who have been joined by Innes, who was reborn as a separate entity from Enzo, as they make their strike on Tolbi while Zander goes to Lemuria at the bidding of Lucian, a resident the group met at Jupiter Lighthouse. There, he is soundly defeated by a mysterious entity with a connection to the spirit that inhabits Zander's body. He is called Dmitri. After a long, hard, and vicious battle, Morta Gailis claims victory and returns to their camp in them mountains of Gondowan. During the battle, Taro absorbs a creature that hunts Enzo, called a Globstrocity, and receives a massive power boost. As they prepare to leave Tolbi, the group comes across the energetic and light-hearted Kushluk Shimazu In Morta Gailis, however, the entity unleashed by Zander is waiting for them and throws the heroes into battle once more. He extracts the information he needs from the warriors, then leaves with the ominous message, "You have nine months to awaken the other messengers." Severein reveals that he knew of the existence of the other messengers and sets the group off on a journey that will take them to over mountains and seas, through caves, and even to different worlds. [Advent of Twilight begins] Severein, Taro, Rith, and Ryzeth travel to the Radiant capital, Archadia to awaken the other messengers. Rith travels with Alemia, but has learned to cope with it somewhat. While in Archadia, they meet Ferrina, the oldest, and most beautiful, woman alive. She created the first Stone of Sages and possesses much knowledge and wisdom. Meanwhile back in Morta Gailis, the camp is payed a surprise visit by two siblings, Nix and Flora Imil, who claim to be from the future. Though the two say little of their presence in the past or what the future is like, they do come to belong among the adepts of Morta Gailis...somewhat. Back in Archadia, the four adepts were well-received by most of the Radiant community save one. Maximillion, a Radiant high up in the Radiant hierarchy. During a raid on the Radiant world by Alex, Maximillion confronts Severein and drives the luna adept's soul out of his body! Severein, Rith, Taro, Ryzeth, and Ferrina rush back to Morta Gailis after fending off Alex's minions to prepare a new body for Severein's soul to inhabit. During the ritual, a new soul takes over Severein's old body and disappears. Severein is reborn once more, however he has lost nearly all of his psynergy. When seraching for Severein's old body, Rith encounters Enzo who manages to kidnap Rith and take him to Razgarde, Alex's palace floating above a molten crater near Vale. Severein, using Ferrina's Stone of Sages, leads the group in an assault of Razgarde to rescue Rith. The group comes across many powerful foes, including subordinates of Enzo: Lyan, Garth, and Ulrich. The mission eventually becomes a success on both ends; Rith managing to escape by himself and the others surviving to tell about it. However, before the adepts can attack Alex, they are whisked away by Severein, whose stone of sages has broken due to both age and the strain Severein placed on it. During the warping, Rith is whisked away for special training. Meanwhile, Flora, Nix, Zander, Severein, Ghost, and Lyn decide to accompany Kushluk to his hometown Dale. While on their journey to Dale, the group is haled by the Wise One, who brings dire news. Alex has broken into his sanctuary and is about to defeat him. The Wise One tells the group of two previous sets of messengers, one during the war between Shades and Radiants, and the second set during the crisis of the Lighthouses (the 8 original GS heroes). Each messenger bears a set number of wings ranging from one to eight. Rith, enraged that Alex could kill the Wise One, unlocks his full potential as a messenger, gaining a second wing. He uses his new found powers to cure himself of Alemia and develops his powers far what he ever thought possible. He also learns of the Advent of Twilight, a mysterious event that little is known about other than that it was brought about by Chaos, the first Renevant and sealed in Purgatory for his crimes. During their stay in Dale, Nix discovers new and dangerous powers and leaves the group to hone his abilities. Meanwhile, Rith has completed his training and has become as strong as Alex, if not more so. He warps to meet Kirie and Gray, back from where ever they disappeared to. Kirie's fate as a messenger is revealed. At this point, however, they are attacked by a mysterious character. They are attacked by Severein's old body, inhabited by the soul of the Renevant and descendant of Chaos, Remius. Remius is the new one-winged messenger and explains that he has come to kill the other messengers. Rith warps Kirie and Gray to Morta Gailis and prepares for his first fight since gaining his new powers. The fight ends in Remius' retreat. Rith then returns to Morta Gailis. A happy reunion seems imminent until Alex attacks the camp. Rith sends the others to fight off Alex's cronies and takes on Alex himself. The adepts in Dale, meanwhile, have learned of the existence of a stone that prevents adepts from accessing psynergy. Severein promptly sets off to destroy it while the others find out that Kushluk is a wanted murderer for destroying his family and friends. Kush decides to question the head of the Ravencrest clan of Dale, but refuses to put Flora, the woman he has come to love, and others in danger and knocks out Flora, leaving the others to find her. Meanwhile, Severein follows a Ravencrest soldier into the Council Hall and learns of Kushluk's past and of plans to kill the others. He leaves promptly, meeting Kushluk as he escapes. Kush has accepted his fate and Severein does not attempt to stop him. Severein meets Ghost and Lyn and the three leave Dale to make a plan to rescue Kushluk and destroy the Zhao stone. The Ravencrest clan of Dale attacks the other clans, planning to take over. Kushluk is imprisoned. The others infiltrate Dale to rescue those they can. Rith, meanwhile, is defeated by Alex who proceeds to kick the ass of the other adepts there. As Alex impales Ryzeth, psynergy in Rith explodes. The Morta Gailis group is saved from death and Alex flees, badly wounded. Rith has no idea what happened or if it was safe. His psynergy and the psynergy of the only survivors: Ryzeth, Aura, Kirie, Gray, and Rayn, are almost completely tapped. Meanwhile, Severein destroys the Zhao stone and Zander warps Severein to Morta Gailis to search for survivors. Civil war begins in Dale. The Ravencrests vs pretty much everyone else. Severein remains in Morta Gailis while Rith goes to fight in his place. Meanwhile, Enzo and his remaining followers have arrived in Dale. Enzo agrees to give up his life to the Celestials that talk to him inside his head. Meanwhile, fighting breaks out and the adepts, with what little aid they can give, are slowly being overwhelmed. Rith, without his psynergy restored from his fight with Alex, is nearly as helpless. However, Remius appears and antagonates Rith into transforming into a messenger. Rith and Remius battle once again in the skies above Dale, ending with Rith eventually tapping into the same strange power that saved him from Alex, also saving the Dalians from the Ravencrests. Kush is reunited with Flora and the others goes to kill Nemo, the mastermind behind his slaughter of his parents, accompanied by Flora. Meanwhile, Severein, Aura, Rayn, Kirie, Gray, and Ryzeth travel to nearby Naribwe where they settle and recover from Alex's attack. Severein awakes from a nap with a terrible feeling in his gut. Kirie and Gray are gone from Naribwe and are near Alex. He rushes from his room and finds Rayn dead, killed by Gray. Horrified, Severein rushes to find Kirie, already too late. Both she and Alex are both dead. With his last breath, Alex transfers his powers as a messenger to Severein, making the luna adept the eight-winged messenger and returning his full powers at last with interest as well as giving the luna adept some of his memories. Severein learns that Alex was possessed by a corrupted Golden Sun that twisted his actions. He takes Kirie's body back to the others and awaits the return of the others from Dale to bury her and Rayn. Back in Dale, Kush and Flora witness odd behavior from Rith, but think nothing of it. Enzo, meanwhile, breaks free from his captivity after sensing Kirie's death and becomes the seven-winged messenger. Rith and the Dale group eventually return to Naribwe to plot their next move against Dmitri and also to bury Kirie and Rayn. After the funeral, Severein takes Taro and Enzo to the ruins of Razgarde to investigate for clues as to what the corrupt Golden Sun is while Flora and Kush go to Mars Lighthouse for reasons known only to Flora, though Zander comes along on a quest to find Dmitri, who has kidnapped his wife Mizu who is pregnant with Zander's child. During the journey there, Flora awakens as a messenger and is reunited with her brother Nix, an Eris adept who controls the powers of chaos itself. Nix is eventually left to his own devices in Prox and encounters Teijin, another adept. Due to an incident with Proxian guards, the soldiers of Prox view Nix as their leader into battle and now follow him. Nix later forms an army that comes to be called the Red Tower. Back in Razgarde, Severein, Enzo, and Taro encounter Remius, who reveals more information about the Advent of Twilight. The three fight Remius, but due to the instability of the psynergy holding up Razgarde, only two, Enzo and Remius, are able to become messengers during the fight. Razgarde sinks, however, and the surrounding area is destroyed. The four adepts warp away. Flora, sensing the wreckage from Prox, warps to Vault to do what she can to stem the volcanic eruptions. Rith appears and helps out where he can. Aferward, headaches begin to rack Rith and the adept can feel a second presence inside of him. They return to Naribwe. Rith and Ryzeth argue, ending in Rith hurting the venus adept. In shock, Rith locks himself in his room to contemplate what is happening to him. Eventually, he comes to the conclusion that he is dangerous and must leave the others. He leaves a note for Ryzeth, telling her they are breaking up. Severein travels to the remains of the Wise One's lair to find information on the Advent of Twilight. While there, Remius visits Aura, though she doesn't recognize him. Remius restores Aura's ability to use psynergy and also awakens her as the...two winged messenger? The sol adept questions her abilities and those of Rith, who also possesses two wings. Meanwhile, Severein discovers astounding information. Most importantly, the Advent of Twilight is the setting of the Golden Sun, which will result in all adepts losing their powers slowly and gradually but inevitably. He also learns that the Golden Sun has manifested itself in Rith and is hiding its powers and by disguising Rith as a false messenger. Knowing that a small portion of the Golden Sun remains in Ghost, who left the group to travel to Prox with Lyn, he warns Aura that Rith is after Ghost. Aura, Flora, Kush, Taro, and Ryzeth warp to Prox to intercept Rith only to find Rith already fighting Ghost. Rith, under the influence of the Golden Sun, kills them all. Then, Rith regains control of himself and uses the Golden Sun to bring them all back to life. He tells Ryzeth to free him by killing him, then warps away. Severein arrives on the scene and spreads what he has learned. The group agrees that Rith must be killed. But to do that, they will need the power of all of the messengers they can find. Kushluk awakens as the last messenger. Remius appears to lend his help, conceding the Advent of Twilight as a bigger threat to him. They leave Ghost, Ryzeth, and Lyn behind. Nix, meanwhile, leads the Red Tower into battle against Tolbi's reformed army along with Teijin. They fight at the site of Morta Gailis. Tolbi is routed and the Red Tower goes on to take the city of Tolbi itself. At Lemuria, the eight messengers battle Rith and are eventually defeated. However, due to the massive amounts of energy released by the nine, a rift into Purgatory was torn in Weyard. An army of cloned messengers swooped into Weyard and were quickly disposed of by Rith. Remius tells of a plot in Purgatory to remake the world. A plot devised by Celestials known collectively as the Kohell. As defeat seems clear for the eight messengers, the Golden Sun leaves Rith. The Advent of Twilight had begun and the Golden Sun had no further need to hide. It began to set. Rith was sucked into Purgatory. Severein and Remius went after him, leaving the others to set about trying to save the world once more. All out war had begun. Do be sure to check the summary for updates. I'll admit right here and now that I didn't go back and look at any of the RPs. Just going from memory here. You guys from the previous RPs, assuming you read the summary, if there's anything you feel needs to be added, send me a PM.The Last Battle begins one year after the end of Advent of TwilightAlright, soooo. Here we go! =D The character sheet: Character Name: Bio: (include appearance, age, and back ground info) Adept Type*: (Mars: fire**, Jupiter: wind/lightening**, Mercury: water**, Venus: earth**, Sol: holy, Luna: dark) Weapons and items: (guns, swords, some explosives, etc) Psynergy: Nothing all powerful, these are the spells you can cast. Djinn: (No duplicates, please) *: You may have two base element type, or one major type **:Base element. Map of WeyardAn explanation of elements by Lei14 (Thanks, Lei!) Read to avoid confusion and possibly flaming: Jupiter = Wind (related to Mercury) Mercury = Water (related to Jupiter) Mars = Fire (related to venus) Venus = Earh (related to Mars) That much we know, 'kay? Those four planets/energies are in balance, and co-exist with each other, so it all evens out! Now, We have Sol and Luna, but they conflict with each other, per Yin and Yang, Good and Evil, Light and Dark... whatever you want to relate them to. Now, anybody could also figure, That Luna rises with the Moon (Doesn't need a light house, but for the moon to be in effect, or something) Therefor, it is related to Mercury and Jupiter, leaving many of Jup. and Mer.'s attacks nullified, and when it's nightfall, Mars and Venus also seem pretty weak against it... *if it's a strong source* Now Sol, is the opposite, and gets it's energy from the will to do good, I guess. (tho' Aura's problems seem a bit demented.... ) Sol rises with the Sun (once again, though, Aura isn't a very good adept..... So she don't have much control ) So it relates to Mars and Earth, Both Sol and Luna can be strong healing sources, even though Sol has mainly attack energies if you obey my graph, Because Sol can heal with "the warmth of the spirit/sun", bada bing bada boom, in other words, "Light". So we have three interrelated elements, grouping into Six Psyenergy's (Sol and Luna in a dead even depending on the user... damn... Aura's gonna die ;_; ) 2 groups of three, all oppose each other (somewhat) But if one is thrown out of balance, the other side becomes stronger, and the world becomes chaotic! EX. Mercury destroyed, Mars becomes stronger (Volcano's errupt all over the world!) So the New list -- Sol = Sun/light Mars = Fire Venus = Earth Luna = Moon/ Dark Mercury = Water Jupiter = Wind Shades, Radiants, and Renevants - an explanation. Shades, Radiants, and Renevants are the human-like races that exist in the worlds of Hell, Heaven, and Purgatory respectively. The Shades and Radiants bear an intense hatred and rivalry for each other while Renevants, a race that barely survives on the breath of the wind, is hated and despised by both. Radiants' powers are very similar to a sol adepts, a Shade's very similar to a luna adepts, and the details of the Renevants' powers are unknown. Only that at one point, they were stronger than the gods. All three races have extreme phsyical capabilities and very potent magical prowess but are no better or weaker than their adept counterparts in general. PM Ishilar04 to join. Minor note: Those in the previous RPs may notice the rating has been bumped up from T-M to all out M. This is simply because I expect this RP to be particularly bloody compared to the previous RPs and to...well...possess mature content as the rating suggests. This message was edited by Ishilar on Feb 23 2008.

Character List
I'd just like previous RPers to know that I copied this list directly from the list on the first page in Advent of Twilight. Any changes made to these character sheets throughout AoT hasn't been changed here since at the moment except for Flora, Nix, and Kush since I found those sheets while looking for Patton's sheet. Other than that, I don't feel like scouring the thread for improved character sheets. Any changes you want to make should be PMed to me. Thanks!
[Returning Characters]
Character Name: Severein Auronis (Ishilar04) True name: Ronos Rein Age: 30 Bio: Severein is the soul of Aura's brother, Ronos Rein, placed into a new body. He has all of the memories, mannerisms, and non-phsyical traits of Ronos. For four years, he was trained and instructed by the Wise One, the guardian of Weyard, making his psynergy very potent, powerful, and most importantly of all, relatively unknown to all. During his childhood, Ronos was separated from his family due to an adept disease called Alemia. He was later employed as an assassin in Tolbi from age 14 to age 19. At age 19, Ronos fell in love with a woman called Elyse. They were engaged to be married when Elyse was murdered by a man Ronos had failed to kill. Five years later, Ronos encountered his sister, Aura and the wheels of fate around him began to turn. A year after that, Ronos returned under the guise of Severein Auronis, the name he currently goes by in front of all but Aura, though others among the group insist on calling him Ronos. During the battle against the Golden Sun, Severein followed Rith Soromer into Purgatory along with Remius and has not been seen on Weyard since then. Personality: Very calm and cool, but also antisocial. Severein uses logic and reasoning to decide his actions rather than emotion except where Aura is involved. Aura is Severein's only treasure and he will do anything to protect her. Appearance: Severein is tall and thing, weighing in at 157 pounds. His abnormally red eyes are almost covered by the bangs of his long, silver hair. He wears a loose martial arts uniform usually covered by a long, red cloak. Under the cloak are long, sinewy arms that rest almost constantly by his sword and his long legs allow him to travel quickly with long strides. Adept Type: Luna Weapons/Items: Archangel (one-handed longsword) Psynergy: Mind Warp: Similar to Mind Read, but it allows Severein to access a mind and paralyze it Black Chaos: Severein implants illusions in an opponent's mind and makes them seem real. He can use this to cause pain, hallucinations, anything. The idea is that the brain will believe anything suggested to it. Mind Read: Self-explanitory Reveal: Severein can see objects hidden by psynergy Sin Storm: A unique technique invented and discovered by Ronos. He is the only adept who knows how to use it. The sins a person has committed throughout their life time augment the power of Sin Storm. Black Mist: Used primarily to escape. Anyone caught in this mist loses all sense of direction and their visual perception becomes skewed Djinni: Chaos and Midnight Severein is also the eight-winged messenger, giving him control over all eight elements of psynergy and thus giving his access to a plethora of other attacks, but Severein generally sticks to the above mentioned psynergy.
Character Name: Rith Soromer (Ishilar04) Age: 17 Bio: Rith was the result of the luna goddess's spell cast on Ronos to prevent Alex from gaining full power. He possesses Ronos' body, but none of his mental attributes, pretty much the opposite of Severein. He has no past, except for the five years he spent wandering Weyard looking for the nonexistant answers to what he'd been doing since he was born. At Jupiter Lighthouse, his origins were revealed by Severein. At the end of Era of Darkness, he contracted Ronos' old adept disease, Alemia, from Alex and is currently incapacitated. He later discovered that he had been chosen by the Golden Sun as its vessel to hide in until the Advent of Twilight could begin. Because of this, Rith was corrupted and ended up fighting his friends. He appeared to have won before he was sucked into Purgatory. His current whereabouts and condition are unknown. Appearance: About as tall as Severein now that his growth has finished (about six feet tall), wirey, but a strong build. Unlike most adepts with Mercury powers, his long hair is a very dark brown, almost black due to his body being Severein's original body. His hair is shorter than Severein's though not by much. His eyes are a cloudy blue that always seem far away and distant. Rith wears a pair of black pants and a white T-shirt usually partially covered by an unzipped black jacket. A silver pendant shaped as a wolf's head hangs around his neck. Adept Type: Jupiter/Mercury Weapons and items: Two katanas (Dusk and Dawn). Dusk's blade is a light purple whereas Dawn's blade is a dark blue. Psynergy:
[Mercury]Pure Ply, Glacier, Deluge, Super Cool, Diamond Berg
[Jupiter]Spark Plasma, Impact, Blue Bolt, Destruct Ray, Tempest
[Combinations]Thunder Arrow, Frigid Gust, Air Burst, Bubble
[Other] Break Down: Rith breaks down any complex element into its respective counter parts (Chaos becomes Luna and Sol. Luna becomes Mercury and Jupiter. Sol becomes Venus and Mars) The spell will fail if Rith cannot break down the psynergy fast enough or before it reaches him. Nullify: After breaking down an element, Rith can use the two elements spawned from the breakdown to cancel each other out and create nothingness. As a result, Pluto psynergy is released into the world (since Pluto is the result of nothingness as Zero was kind enough to explain to me a while back). Rith cannot use this spell against base elements (Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Mercury) unless they are combined (ie: an attack combining Venus and Mars, etc) Rebound: After breaking down elements, Rith reverses the flow of the psynergy so that it rebounds back at its user. Once the flow is reversed, Rith rebuilds the broken down element into its orignal form/attack and returns it toward the user. Rith is not very efficient at this and often times the redirected psynergy will go in a direction Rith did not intend. Rith CAN use this against base elements.
[Alchemy abilities] Perfect Ply: The greatest of healing spells. Can even cure adept diseases. Regeneration: Injuries are healed as they occur, allowing Rith to survive what would be lethal blows to others. Djinn: Zephyr, Shade
Character Name: Remius (Ishilar04) Age: Unknown Bio: Little is known about Remius. He is the descendant of Chaos, the very first adept. He bears a grudge against the messengers because they betrayed and sealed Chaos in Purgatory after Chaos saved Weyard from the Advent of Twilight by building the elemental light houses. However, Remius teamed up with the others in the battle against the Golden Sun and decided to guide Severein though Purgatory. He has not been seen since then. Appearance: Remius is very tall (6'4") and weighs 157 pounds. His untidy, shoulder length silver hair and uncanny red eyes are something that receive many stares. Remius wears midnight black pants adorned with red straps and buckles along their length. He is most often seen with a black overcoat covering his entire torso Adept type: Eris Weapon: Mulgen (one-handed sword) Psynergy: - Entropic Shield : it deflects any attack in a random direction, though the attack might still hit an untrained user by pure chance. Bigger and stronger attacks are split while be reflected in multiple random directions. They also have a realistic chance of still hitting the user. - Exin : By creating chaos in an area, a shockwave is emmanated from the region, after which an implosion will occur due to the smaller pressure there. - Anti-Coherency : Any psynergetic spell or buff will be nullified by this attack as it rips apart any coherent energies. - Chaotic Warp : Moves from one position to another that is within the mind of the user. Though the process seems near instantanious most of the time, it has been know to be delayed up to a minute, as well as not coming out where you were supposed to. - Discordia : Causes the one this spell is cast upon to distrust anyone and everyone. - Chaotic Projectile Attack : Moves a number of throwable items into the air above the caster and then launches them in the general direction of the target. The paths are wholly unpredictable though, including random paths, gravity defying paths, and warping paths. The chance of being hit when standing still is relatively low though. - Burst of Entropy : A burst of psynergy that rips through anything until it has no energy left. It can easily rip through a person, causing massive and dangerous damage as everything it hits will be randomly deformed. Internal bleedings or immediate death are not unlikely when directly hit by this attack. Casting another psynergy to stop it will succeed most of the time though. - Blur : While not rendering you completely invisible (a blur can be seen), it is very useful as your opponent will not be able to discern what exactly is there, or what you are doing. Note that the same applies for the person within the blur. The effectiveness of the psynergy is greatly improved in the dark or in bright light.
It is unknown whether Remius has further abilities or not as a Renevant, but these are all he has displayed. Djinn: None
Name: Enzo (Dark Ares)(also called Zero) Age: 16 Personality: Enzo has grown bitter and hopeless with the passing days. His previous sense of justice has been rotting with time, and now he only wanders why he still does what he does. Appearance: Enzo Bio: Enzo is the only son of Seth, and happens to be used as temporary user of the body created form the fusion of Uriel and Innes. He holds a unique power with no sure form or nature. Enzo became the most trusted of Alex's dogs and has performed a number of silent hits on whatever humans or adepts who may pose a treat to Alex's almost polithical domain. Adept Type: Pluto Weapons and Items: Mistsukake, his trusted katana sword. In addition, due his now advanced skills in knife throwing and alternative uses of Pluto Psynergy, Enzo has throwing knives, the Sakaes. Unsleashes: Moon Blade. Shoots a white energy blade from the original sword. The attack is fast and deadly, but it actually takes some energy from the user, making very exausting to do it. Psynergies: Move= It works by the creation of a smal void in a area nearby the target, with is consequentially thrown into it. By the use of Nothing's pure power, it may take a destructive form. Shockwave= A shockwave that can be used to transfer long distance energy at average speed. Can be used in the land as in the seas or even in the air. Easily mistaken with Quake psynergy, but it has no bounds with Venus. Barrier= By compressing a immense quantity of matter in a certain area, it's created a powerful shield. Impulse= A short-range psynergy. Again by compressing an abnormal quantity of matter, but in the palm of his hand, the user can approach and simply let the energy be released, sending the opponent in the air. By the law of action and reaction, he has two options. 1) Prepare himself to be sent flying in the opposite direction; 2) Create two separated spheres of compressed matter, each one in a hand. While he uses one to attack, he places the other in the opposite direction, to avoid being sent off his feet. Unpraticable when using huge amounts of energy. Can be also used to move long distances in a short amount of time. But this is rather dangerous, and he doesn't fell comfortable trying it. Gravity= By taking control over the forces of attraction of mass, he can control gravity as willed. This move is very tiring, but can be used either to stop an enemy or allow him to fight an airborne enemy. Snipeshot= Enzo uses his now advanced control of psynergy to send flying at high speeds and amazing precision his throwing knives, the Sakaes. By nullifying gravity and air resistance, those blades are capable of doing incredible damage, as they have no speed losses. Explode= Forces the air in a area to instantly expand, creating an explosion. This can be quite damaging, as he can create several granade-like explsions at the same time. Float= Using his power to make an object or himself float, he can shot things like rocks and similars at an moderately high speed. Not quite useful, unless in case of stealth based objectives to its use.

Character Name: Taro Adriax (Free for all) Age: 23 Bio: Taro was born into the direct line of werewolf chiefs, birthed from Pasa Adriax, current Alpha male of Garoh's pack. Taro was also a werewolf, once, possessing all of the unique werewolf traits along with a specialized Adept disease known as the Blood of the Red. Taro has since lost this disease and lycanthropy, when he attempted to save Aura Rein from the deadly onslaught of Alex. He died in the process, but was uncannily revitalized by Ronos Rein, his longtime enemy-angry and ready to avenge Ronos. Then, Taro was a Jupiter Adept. With his rebirth, he became a Luna Adept, like Ronos...but Ronos died while saving the rest of the Adept company. 6 years later, Taro had risen to the top as the leader of the most prosperous Resistance camp against Alex, Morta Gailis. Much has happened since then. He adopted Ryzeth, an orphaned girl he met in his adventures. 6 years after the Alex incident, things started heating up. The group came back together, and Taro met a few new friends; children mostly. Rith Soromer, Suirt Kororn(who later died), Enzo and Kirie. Taro's base, Morta Gailis, was destroyed in a fight with Tolbi, and they were forced to make camp elsewhere. Afterwards, Taro has done and encountered many things-the reincarnation of Ronos Rein, Severein Auronis-the long-awaited conclusion of his and Aura's tender relationship-and much, much more. But when Taro was betrayed by Enzo and left to die, he made a point of swearing to hunt down Enzo. This he did by merging with another being who hunted Enzo, a "Globstrocity," formally called a Hunter. Taro fused with this being and his power skyrocketed, whiting his eyes and turning his hair into a serrated metallic substance. Taro left the Era of Darkness wearily damaged from a catastrophic fight he had with his lifelong friend, Zander...one that left the city of Tolbi leveled. Only time will tell how Taro develops in the future. Personality: Taro is very stupid. But, stupidity does not make a man-Taro is the most proud person you will ever meet. His hobbies include swapping scathing arguments with his adversary and friend, Severein Auronis, and being with his friends. Taro is very brusque and frank, but if his friends are in danger it is as though he is a completely different person-dangerous, cunning and sharp as a tack. He holds special relationships with everyone in the Adept company, particularly with Severein's sister, Aura Rein, and Zander. Zander is practically Taro's brother, partly which spurred the fight they had in the last RP, and Aura Rein is the love of Taro's life. Taro's only memorable victory over Severein was when he won Aura, staring down Severein completely. Adept Type: Luna (formerly Jupiter) Weapons/Items: A very ordinary scythe-Taro can inject it with all his Psynergy to create a devastating ink-black scythe called the Little Grim. It is one of his chief techniques. Taro once had possession of a Teleport Lapis, but promptly lost it. Psynergy: Annihilation, Smothering Grasp, Warp, Sin Storm(learned when Ronos died, as a memento). After fusing with the Globstrocity, Taro gained a number of new Psynergetic abilities. Few have been displayed. Among them are the ability of levitation, razor-sharp hair, and the unnamed ability to coat his body in a strange quicksilver substance, which he can do many things with, Djinni: Specter
Character Name: Ghost (Free for all) Bio: Age:40, Height: 6'5", medium build. Not much beyond rumors is known about Ghost. In fact, the name Ghost was given to him by bounty hunters, no one knows his true name. Rumor has it that every village in which he has lived has been completely destroyed, leaving Ghost as the only survivor. This reputation caused both humans and adepts alike to fear and despise him, placing large bounties on his head. He received the name Ghost because every bounty hunter has failed in killing him, as if he is immortal. He now wanders the world, purposes unknown. He spent some time with Aura, Zander, Ryan, and Taro after the battle on Mt. Aleph, but disappeared as suddenly has he had appeared to resume wandering the world in search of a cure for the Siphon?s Curse. Also, as per Seth?s final request, he occasionally looks over the boy Ezlo, acting as a secret Guardian Angel when he can, often leaving him food or money or some other type of aid, but never revealing his existence. He is currently uninvolved with the any side of the war, and only fights when it suits his own needs. Adept Type*: Mars. Ghost has an adept disease known as Siphon?s Curse. This curse acts as a dam for his psynergy, meaning he cannot use any psynergetic attacks. This also causes a build up of energy in his body, increasing his speed and strength in unimaginable ways. His body is very resilient to physical attacks, but lacks in the ability to guard psynergy. (I.E. punches and bullets have little effect on him, while psynergy causes major damage.) However, this built up psynergy cannot be contained indefinitely, and is occasionally released in uncontrollable and very destructive ways. Weapons and items: Gaia Clever An incredibly large, one edged sword. The blade is around 6' long, and 1' wide, with a long handle and two large slits cut into the back edge of the blade. The sword is powerful, but heavy and unhandy to wield without incredible strength. Psynergy: None Djinn: Flash, Mars Djinn that creates a barrier, GS1.
Character Name: Ryzeth Adriax (Ishilar04) Bio: Ryzeth lost her parents when she was very young. She ran from home at age 9, where she met a man named Pride. Pride took Ryzeth under his wing for his short time on Earth, until he underwent a transformation back into his original form, which was none other than Taro Adriax. Having been introduced to Ryzeth, Taro adopted her for Pride, but very soon found her to be quite likeable, and much like himself. 6 years passed, and Ryzeth is now 16 years old. She is bipolar, but people have accustomed to that quickly. She is dating the boy Rith Soromer, another half of Severein. Taro does not like Rith, but allows her the liberty to choose who she will love. Ryzeth is currently in recovery after being gravely injured by Alex in the last RP. Personality: A strikingly pretty girl with short brown hair that curls at the ends. She stands at 5'5" and weighs 124 pounds. Ryzeth takes a liking to different shades of brown, and most often wears very short skirts, much to Taro's disliking. (He thinks it's creepy.) Ryzeth is extremely short-tempered. She explodes at the slightest of offenses, but softens incredibly around those dear to her. The people she cares most about in the world are Taro and Pride, Rith, and Aura. Adept Type: Venus Weapons and items: Trainer's Whip Psynergy: Lich, Quake Sphere, Helm Splitter, Thorny Grave, Grand Golem, Potent Cure Djinn: Dust
Name: Kushluk Shimazu Age: 20 years old Appearance: Still messed up brown hair with the same baby blue eyes, 5'11' now and weighing in at 203lbs due to his recent years of adventure. Of strong build and slightly tanned he wears Battle Dress Uniform Pants, Black Steel-toed Military Boots, and Kevlar vest which is covered usually by an earth colored over shirt. There are two marks on him, one is a traitor's mark on his upper left chest, and a small eel tattoo on his right arm where his Djinn resides.
Bio: a fiery and proud individual raised in a tough town, Kushluk trusts no one until he has fought with or against them. A nonbeliever in any religion, he follows only his own moral code of ethics and honor. Despite trying to act tough though he turns out to be a loyal friend and a joker even when you first meet him as you can often find him being the center of a prank and he will laugh like no tomorrow even if he is the victim. However when he is silent and focused then you know that trouble cannot be far behind. When engaging the enemy he prefers charging into combat with his Shotput and axes causing as much damage as possible before resorting to other powers to fell his enemies.
His goal is to be as skilled, feared, and respected much like his father was. A warrior to the end you can always count on Kush to fight with you when the outcome looks bleak.
However his life has taken more turns and unexpected twists than he could count. Returning home with the company to find out that he killed his own clan leaders and even his own family Kush has hardened somewhat since being branded as the Traitor of Dale. Even this failed to dampen his spirits though as he had one thing that kept him going, even when he was to simple-minded to notice. When to him she was shown dead Kushluk finally snapped and aloud himself to forget everything ... until he saw her alive again. At that moment Kushluk knew he was in love. Shoving his duties to his people to the wind Kushluk has vowed to stay by his loves side, only till death would he leave her side willingly.
Weapons:
Imbued Semi-Automatic Shotput (AKA "Gerald") - 10-round clip of slugs with a attachment slot for bayonet or scope for the situation required, but only one attachment can be used at a time. The ammo for this weapon Kush can make from scavenged armor, weapons or minerals with his Slug making kit. Also that can for brief periods of time give the formers power to the "Gerald". For example if making slugs from a Mars type weapon or armor the slug would become imbued with said psyenergy. It has a range of up to one hundred yards but as the distance get closer the damage is greatly increased. Two Fransica Axes: Two light one-sided axes (held by Kushluks leather belt) used for Throwing and for close combat. Double Comet: His primary close weapon. Nine feet in length total with a red color for the handle like a spear, but it had a eyebrow-shaped gold steel of death on both ends. Can cut through most normal material without fail. Also has a function to where the wielder can detach on of the blade from the pole itself and fly fifty feet if proper force is put into it. Than by flipping a switch just below each blade on the pole a long chain of iron would react in a Grapple hook fashion, burying it's blade into the target or environment. Then by flipping the switch again Kush would retract the blade back into the pole OR send him toward the target he struck. Raging Bull: Found on the battlefield by Kushluk this Six-Shooter became a favored backup for the Shimazu. He fashioned a loose belt with a holster in his Kevlar Vest exclusively for the pistol. The slugs it fires give it a shotgun punch so it can pierce most body armor and even lightly armored vehicles. Mostly used as a last-ditch weapon, though Kush tries to find time to practice with this vicious little weapon to make it more deadly in his hands.
Items: Cleaning and Shell making kit for the Gerald to make the slugs for his beloved Shotput, four ammo clips which are attached two to the arms and two to the legs(easy to carry since it only holds ten slugs each), a Backpack to hold MRE's, two changes of clothes, and sleeping bag. On his left pointing finger is the Ring of the Shimazu, an heirloom of his clan that he holds onto for luck.
Adept Type: Mercury, Venus
Psynergy:
Gerald:
1. Punt Shot - Shuttling his psyenergy into his Shotput Kush unleashes a massive jet of all the elements he has at his hands (Basically: A Flamethower but all the elements). Though it only work in close quarters of up to about twenty-five yards its able spread absolute chaos as its unpredictability leaves many foes mostly dead or stunned by the sheer power. However even with careful cleaning and delicate care of the Gerald, if you fire another round even if it is a single slug it could literally blow it up and anyone unfortunate to be near it.
Frost Smite - Anything in Kushluks hands becomes iced over into what his mind demands such as a stick getting a iced point at the end, a rock with icicles over it, or a basically adding frost damage to any weapon. The problem is that on impact it usually shatters whatever inside unless the item is strong enough to survive the blow(such as a club, mace, etc) Chilled armor - When the threat is near Kush can encase himself from head to toe in a sheet of ice so freezing that if an enemy attacks him in a physical position they becomed chilled to the bone. Typhoon - Knowing now the full respect of the properties of good ole H2O Kushluk can take control of a body of water and bend it to his will and have shift wherever he wants. Parting of Roots - Kush can awaken the plants and flora in the area to hold a target to the ground for a set period of time or even lift him high into the sky depending on the local vegetation. Also Kush can move through certain walls that have loose soil. Stoned blow - When all else fails this simply move makes Kushluk hands as hard as stone for a minute or two that serves as a club to pummel his foes. Rock boost - When walking becomes too trying for Kush(depending on his power at the time) he could lift the earth in chunks, hop on one at a time and literally sail though the air.
Commune - When Kush becomes strong enough in the ways of the environment he has chosen, not only can he become better suited at stealth, he can also beckon the natural spirits of the earth and water to collect intel on the surrounding area or if he is convincing enough, the beasts of the sea and earth may come to aid in his endeavors. Golem Transmute - When enraged to the point of no return Kushluk's skin starts to shift and harden with pysenergy literally pulsating throughout his skin. All over his body rocks as ancient as Weyward herself becomes his suit of armor. His hands become as spiked clubs of stone and thorns, his bulk and weight would be increased massively. Becoming this form however is immensely painful and during this time its hard to say when or IF Kush can bring himself back from the insanity of doing this. Channel - Due to the powers of his messenger form Kushluk can now perform a complex pysenergy ability, but it leaves him vulnerable while gathering the necessary energy as it takes time to muster. Taking the power directly from Weyward herself the Messenger of Life draws the very essence of life into whatever shape or form Kushluk desires. But there is a drawback, it takes a tremendous amount of energy from him and would leave Kushluk drained and the Plannet as a whole would suffer depending on how much essence is taken.
Djinn: Surf (Though Kush seems to have forgotten Surf is still there with him)
Name: Nix Imil, Lord of Chaos (Mole) Age: 21-22 Appearance: Nix has a rather soft appearance, not to be mistaken with a baby face. His face tells of the man he used to be but his eyes counteract that and tell of the man that he is. His eyes have seen the horrors, slaughterings and death common to all wars exponentiated. His eyes are hard and cold. Nevertheless they keep their characteristic color changing nature. Due to Nix' elemental allegiance, his eyes are constantly changing color from one moment to the next, and from one angle to another. His nose and mouth are of average size and quite normal. His hair, however, is what really makes him stand out among thousands. Both light purple and soft blue, Nix' hair retains the knowledge of his old elements, at least in color. In style, his hair fits properly with his new elemental alignment as no two strands end at the same length, even though most reach to near or below his shoulder. Most strands are at least at the end poking in many directions, giving his hair an ominous chaotic feeling. As clothing, Nix wears a loose shirt and loose pants over his rather unmuscular body, under a black longcoat that is tight around the chest, but leaves plenty of room for the legs and arms. The coat is very similar to the one the soldiers of the Red Tower wear, but the coat the soldiers wear, is brown and grey with an emblem on the front of the left shoulder. The emblem consists of an image of Mars Lighthouse, the Red Tower, along with a number of optional decorations that revealed the wearers rank or special tasks. Bio: Nix is quite special for two specific reasons. He is one of a pair of twins who have come to the present to flee their own terrible future, and to hopefully change the world for the better, so that the future they have grown up in does not come to pass. While he has adjusted to life in the present, he is still quite a unique person, and that is the second thing that makes him special. While he was on his journey, a group of Proxian soldiers, who were once part of a grand empire, generation before, saw his unique elemental alignment as a sign, and swore to follow him, in the hopes that he would lead them to glory once more. About one year ago, the army slowly gathered around Naribwe and when word was received of a rebuilt Tolbian anti-adept army, the Red Tower marched out. They defeated the powerful Tolbian war-machine but didn't stop there. They marched on to Tolbi itself, conquering all towns and villages on the way, and claimed the massive city as the capital of their new empire. Since their occupation, the army has spread out to several fronts and has already conquered large parts of Angara and Gondowan, and the army still moves on. Due to his leadership role and life in the palace of Tolbi, he has become somewhat alienated of his former friends. He has also become a little more anti-social, trusting only a select few people and shunning others. Adept Type: Eris Weapons and items: Throwing Knives - As an addition to his new psynergy, Nix has equipped himself with a great number of throwing knives. Because of the chaotic nature of his psynergy, the throwing knives are mainly used for accuracy and ranged attacks. Wristblade - As a gift, the Red Tower gave Nix this wristblade which covers his entire underarm, the blade itself is almost two feet long but remains in its tube most of the time. It is thrusted outward by psynergy, although apparently, there's also a non psynergetic way to do it. The blade is nothing special, but it seems to be a good build, and doesn't damage easily. Psynergy: - Entropic Shield : it deflects any attack in a random direction, though the attack might still hit an untrained user by pure chance. Bigger and stronger attacks are split while be reflected in multiple random directions. They also have a realistic chance of still hitting the user. - Exin : By creating chaos in an area, a shockwave is emanated from the region, after which an implosion will occur due to the smaller pressure there. - Anti-Coherency : Any psynergetic spell or buff will be nullified by this attack as it rips apart any coherent energies. - Chaotic Warp : Moves from one position to another that is within the mind of the user. Though the process seems near instantaneous most of the time, it has been know to be delayed up to a minute, as well as not coming out where you were supposed to. - Eris Wave : Sends out a wave of pure chaos out from the user. Bound to knock anyone that comes into contact with it of their feet. Symptoms include: nausea, head-aches, muscle aches, dizziness, fainting, dying, inexplicable new scars, merging with your clothes, losing your footing, etc... Djinn: none
Name: Flora Imil (Mole) Age: 21-22 Appearance: Flora is a beautiful young woman with a soft, often smiling face. She has a small nose and mouth, similar to, but not quite the same as thousands of other women. What sets her apart from everyone else though, are her eyes, as they glow with a bright golden light, although the intensity seems to have decreased in the last year. Her skin is surprisingly smooth, and she has no markings on her body at all, save for a rare, still healing wound here and there. Flora's hair has grown to a massive length, so to keep it in check, she has tied most of it in a long braid, that hangs down her back. Only two strands are free, hanging down either side of her face right in front of her ears. Her hair is red and orange colored, intermixing a large range of subtly different colors. Flora usually wears mainly green clothing, usually a loose skirt and shirt, although she has also been wearing tighter tops lately. She also wears a pendant given to her by her love, it is a simple yet beautiful flower with five pointy petals. The pendant was created with psynergy, but is completely made of matter, and she suspects it will never break. Bio: Flora is one of a pair of twins who came to the past to flee their own terrible future and to hopefully change the world for the better. Flora has adapted excellently to life in this time, fighting alongside a band of powerful adepts who have shaped the world through their actions, she even became such a part of the group, that she was granted the status of Messenger by the gods, so that she too could help save Weyard. As she fought alongside this band, she eventually fell in love with another warrior named Kushluk Shimazu, a man bent on protecting the ones he cares about. She loves him with all her heart, and hopes to marry him as soon as possible, she has not left his side for over a year, going everywhere together. Even when the Messengers split up to embark upon their own quests, the two stuck together. Recently, they have been hunting for Djinn, hoping that the elemental spirits could bolster their strength while psynergy in the world is rapidly degenerating. Adept Type: Sol Weapons and items: Visse - Formarly her trusted gladius, the sword transformed into a different sword in the battle with the Golden Sun. The sword became different, bigger and stronger, yet handling equally well to her. The hilt consists of four intertwined smooth branches of wood, which end in a point at the bottom, and split up at the base of the blade. Two of these branches form a simple guard, the other two rise up on either side of the blade. The golden blade is doubly edged, and about thrice as wide as the hilt. the blade is slightly bent toward the top, but that is barely noticeable, essentially the blade is a large triangle. The metal of the blade is still engraved with the twelve runes: ᚦ ᛇ ᚹ ᚾ ᛊ ᛏ ᛖ ᛚ ᛟ ᚷ ᛜ ᛉ Six runes are placed on either side of the blade as a warning to anyone who might oppose the sword. Flora wields the weapons with great skill. Psynergy: - Flame of Passion : Energises the user, making him or her faster and stronger than usual. - Shepherd of Weyard : Flora is always connected to the world of Weyard, how she doesn't know, but it doesn't seem completely psynergy related. Even when her psynergy is bound, she can still feel the land. - Revive - Barrier : blocks anything. - Flashstep : teleport for sol adept, leaves a flash at the departing point, and creates a flash at the point of arrival, slightly before the user arrives. - Child of the Sun : allows the user to become bright and shiny, will hurt the eyes of anyone looking at the user. - Bright Aura : allows the user to pass positive buffs to her allies, ranging from upping their morale, to re-energizing them. - The Hunter : allows the user to summon a stone bow with a fiery string that can launch arrows of Sol psynergy. Djinn: Flower, Bane, Corona

Character Name: Killana Uljas (Mole) Age: 19 Appearance: Killana's nose is small and fine, as is her mouth. She has piercing blue eyes in accordance with her element, yet her hair is very dark brown. Her hair is tied together in a long tail behind her head, falling down her back, it is so long it reaches five sixths of the length down her back. It is tied together repeatedly along the way, so it doesn't hinder too much in combat. She has a skinny body with scars here and there, thought most are kept out of sight. She usually wears fairly tight and smooth pants and tight tops in battle, both done specifically to avoid any hindrances in battle. She of course, also wears her black-grey Red Tower coat, although she has been known to not be wearing it at times. Bio: Killana was born in Prox, though her parents came from Imil. She was raised in a culture of Mars adepts, and due to her diverging element she never learned to use her own psynergy there. Still, her psynergy was in her blood, and she always longed for adventure. Thus, when the first wave of Proxian warriors swore allegiance to Nix, Killana joined them. OOC: I'd just like to note that at the end of the character list, I've listed the messengers and their corresponding number of wings. Let me know if anything there is wrong. ------------------------
Aura stared up at the massive palace in Tolbi, suppressing a shiver. Despite what Nix had done in Tolbi over the past year, she could not forget that the grandiose building had once been a sight of terror for adepts. She could not forget the experiments that had happened in that very palace. Experiments that had set them, herself, her brother Ronos, and Zander on the very paths they were on today. It was hard to think that without those experiments, the world may have been doomed, that it was because of those twisted experiments that Weyard could still be saved. "Aura, are you going to stand there all day staring at that monolith or are we going to do this?" Aura looked at the woman beside her and smiled. "Yes, Ryzeth, let's go."
Ryzeth had been depressed for weeks when Aura and Taro had returned to Naribwe to pick her up. It had been terrible. Ryzeth had barely eaten, and cried more often than not. And then one day, out of the blue, Ryzeth had said, "I am done. No more weakness. No more crying! Severein said he'd save Rith if it was possible and it is. They'll come back! They have to!" "Bi-polar," Taro had muttered, "Definitely bi-polar." Ryzeth had responded by smacking Taro in the head with a glob of mud hurled with her psynergy. Aura remembered laughing out loud. It had been good to have the old Ryzeth back.
"They're coming back! They have to!" Ryzeth had said those words every day since then. Aura smiled to herself. It was better than being depressed. Like her emotions, Ryzeth's appearance had changed over the past year as well. Her dark brown hair was now much longer and flowed halfway down her back. She kept her bangs out of her eyes with a blue ribbon that Aura knew had once held a stone from Rith on it. Ryzeth wore a loose white shirt and a brown skirt with her whip wrapped around it like a belt. Her knee-high boots were black and made little sound on the smooth streets of Tolbi.
"She's also received a boost in psynergy as well," Aura thought. One of the first things Ryzeth had demanded they do once she'd gotten over her depression was to travel to the Venus Temple near Venus Lighthouse so that Ryzeth could receive the same gift the Venus Goddess had bestowed on Rayn: greater power. With the decline of psynergy, the boost hadn't been as much as it would have been before, but it was enough to put Ryzeth fairly close to Aura's own level without the messenger transformation.
"Ryzeth's changed so much. But have I...?" Aura nodded to herself. She had changed as well. She and Taro were engaged for one thing. Taro had asked her shortly after they'd picked up Ryzeth. Aura had been happy then. She glanced down at the ring on her finger. According to Taro, it had been Ronos' once. According to Taro, Ronos had given it to Taro himself and told him what to do with it. That surprised her. She'd always thought her brother despised her relationship with Taro. At first, Taro had wanted to get married right away, but Aura had insisted on waiting until Ronos came back. She wanted him to be there. "He is coming back," she told herself fiercely, "He has to."
She and Taro had eventually parted ways out of necessity. There was simply too much that needed to be done for them to travel together. The last she had heard of Zander, he was searching for Mizu. She couldn't blame him. Enzo had left the site of the Golden Sun battle saying he was going to search for Gray. Ghost and Lyn had traveled with Taro to the Radiant world to speak as representatives for the adept cause against the Kohell. As for Kushluk and Flora...Aura had heard nothing of them other than that they were well. That had left her and Ryzeth to deal with a problem on Weyard. Nix. Flora's brother had somehow accumulated an army of adepts, most from Prox though the numbers had swelled when adepts across Weyard heard of Tolbi's crushing defeat at Nix's hands. That was fine, Aura supposed, it was a sanctuary for adepts. But... "But Nix is going about things all wrong. The normal humans are terrified and rightly so! Nix has pillaged town after town on his conquest of the world." Aura shuddered when she recalled the scenes of destitution she and Ryzeth had encountered as they traveled through towns Nix had claimed. "He has to be stopped. But how? How without killing him?" Aura was sure she defeat Nix if she had to. She was a messenger and he was not. The problem lay with her emotions. Could she kill Flora's brother? Nix was only trying to help...at least she hoped so. "I wish Flora were here. Nix would listen to her. I barely know know Nix! He may not even remember me." Aura thought glumly as she and Ryzeth approached the palace gates.
Two adepts stood guard. Neither bothered masking their psynergy as Aura and Ryzeth did. Aura knew it wasn't necessary to hide their psynergy, but it had become habit after doing it for seven years. "Your business?" one demanded. It was a woman with the look of Izumo about her. A venus adept, most likely. "We've come to see Nix. To talk to him," Aura said. "Lord Nix wishes to see no one," the woman replied. "We're friends of Nix. Let us through or we'll force our way to him," Ryzeth demanded. The woman cocked an eyebrow in amusement. "You? Force your way to Lord Nix?" the woman laughed, "You look like you're barely old enough to be considered an adult and your psynergy..." the woman's face contorted as she tried not to laugh. Ryzeth's eyes narrowed into a glare as her psynergy flared to life. The woman's laughter stopped abruptly and her face broken into wide-eyed shock. Ryzeth grinned, "You're not very strong at all, are you? If just this little bit surprises you. I'd thought that you were masking your full potential, but I guess not. Your psynergy would be enough to frighten away ordinary people and maybe a few weaker adepts, but other than that..." "Ryzeth, stop it," Aura said, placing a hand on the venus adept's shoulder. Ryzeth's aura flickered away. "If 'Lord' Nix doesn't wish to see anyone," Aura put as much contempt and mocking in lord as she could, "Then there's nothing we can do about that. We aren't here to start an unneeded and unwanted battle with Nix and his army. But..." She turned back to the two guards as two white wings burst out of her shoulders and her psynergy burst to life, "We may just have to do that if Nix doesn't come see us soon. Tell him Aura Rein and Ryzeth Adriax will wait for him at the inn in the city. Or we'll come to the palace if he'd rather not venture into the city. Just send us a message. Bye now."
Aura's wings faded in a burst of white light as she and Ryzeth turned on heel and walked back down the palace walk to where they would stay in Tolbi.

Once more into the breach Comrades, One last time.
Song is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_jLEd8d5uw
----------------
Between the Lamarkand Desert and the plains around Xian stood a mighty chain of mountains piercing through the cloud-tops proud and strong like kings overlooking thier realm. Of mankind's achievements, few could measure to Weywards natural beauty. To this day few could claim that they could reach the top of the mountains due to the violent weather, thin air, arctic temperatures and many other hazards.
Yet some still try, for fame or glory some still try to conquer it.
Kushluk swore as his latest grapple for his hand crumbled and he was left to dangle dangerously above the clouds. taking a deep breath the Shimazu swung upward and caught hold of another outcropping on the the mountain side. He paused for a moment though to let his breath slow down. Ironically if not for the freezing temperatures of the high altitude, his biggest concern was sweaty hands. But he never factored into account of the climb itself, nevertheless he gritted his teeth and prepared to continue scaling the peak.
A second later another climber came to his level, her nimble form scaling the wall like a cat on a curtain. Flora murmured through her clothed face mask "How much farther?" Kushluk pointed at a small cave that would protect them while they rested from the days long climb "We can rest there." Nodding to him she scaled ahead of him with him soon following, both edging there way toward the gaping hole in the mountain.
However as they climbed Flora's footing slipped, the cliff giving way and sending her falling. Seeing this Kushluk immediately grabbed her as she threatened to fall past him, grabbing her wrist with his strong grasp. The sudden jolt of him catching her nearly sent him over with her but Kushluk firmly spread his legs for balance and hefted her up to him.
The Shimazu shifted her and said between labored breaths "Hold on to me ... *huff* ... I'll get us up there." he intended to climb the rest of the way. At first Flora looked to argue, instead agreeing fully knowing how stubborn Kushluk could be. The added weight barely affected Kushluk as his whole life he trained for physical demands, and having his love that close was by no means a bad thing. He would of preferred doing this from the start, but her pride he knew wouldn't allow it.
And that was one of the many reasons he loved her. Why he was climbing one of the most dangerous mountains in Weyward.
Fully knowing she would never admit it Kushluk knew she was tired, the climb was taking alot out of both of then in terms of stamina. When they finally reached the cave, Flora's freezing form rolled off of his back exhausted. Truthfully he was as well, before letting himself fall though Kushluk tenderly picked her up and rested his love gently against the cavern wall. He took off his overcoat and covered Flora up to protect her form the cold till his work was done.
It took thirty minutes but he soon had a fire going from gathering a couple of old rags from some skeletons in the back of the cave, finally using a bit of psyenergy to start a small fire. Only after was that completed did rest himself next to Flora, pulling his love closer to him to share each other's warmth. Despite suffering near death and the grim scene the both of them ignored the grim predicament they where in.
As they sat staring at the flame Flora asked Kushluk as she nestled herself into his strong protective arms "Are you sure there's a Djinn at the peak and you are not taking me up here for the scenery?" Kushluk smiled and kissed the top of her beautiful red hair "Flora if I wanted scenery I would of bought a room for the night and just gazed at you." This made Flora's face reddened and they sat n silence for a while.
Kushluk soon say out loud "I am sure there, for a long time the Dalians have tried to master Mount Zhang, and yet ever time they got close it seemed the mountain itself had a will of its own, either killing or driving them off. I never thought about it before but now that I have the knowledge it must of been a Djinn. What other reason could there be?" The two messengers knew there where possibly other reasons, but right now they where content to be there atop the world, away from all the troubles of Weyward. There they rested themselves for the next days climb, hopefully the last.

With the fall of Tolbi, and Nix's rise to power. He left his side to return to his previous quest. Search out answers.
Four months of search brought him to the snowy plains of Weyard once more. Information from Prox, Tolbi, and Xian. Disturbing insight led him to return here, to the place he had last known himself. When he had joined Nix, he had been promised answered. He was given information, from that he did find answers.
As he treaded up the hillside, his sword crossed on his back and most of his body covered with thick garments. He came to a halt. The blizzard no longer affected him, psyenergy was shielding him from it's affects, now the curtain of snow before him was beginning to take a new form. It flowed and curved, creating a body and eventually a face. it was long before a white body stood before him. It's features carved with ice. It smiled coldly, it's face struck a resemblance to the girl in his memories.
In a velvet voice she spoke to him, "You have come back, do not worry. Your sins shall be atoned." He arm extended toward him gently, before thinning to a dagger like point. He stood observant. "now your death has found you." She smiled and the smooth white and blue body propelled forward. Poising to strike. The point came inches to his face when he finally moved. He ducked to the side, the point caught the garment that wrapped his face and tore it off. When the creature saw it's prey's face she would have expected sorrow, an easy kill, instead she now sees hatred and aggression. He reached over his shoulder and brandished the broadsword he had carried as a burden for many years. Too many for any man. The blade ripped across the snow bedded ground as he lunged into the air. The blade struck true and carried the creature into the air with him. Airborne, his arm ripped free of it's garments and grabbed it by throat. His hand was covered by leather, but left his fingertips free to move, and his arm was bare up to his elbow where the sleeve of his coat begins. The creature gasped with fear, but it was still able to find words. "You would kill me again?" They hung in the air, as if suspended by some unknown force. The man's face retained it's previous expression. His sword hovered beside him in his free hand. He moved to strike again. The creature jolted. The area of it's throat disappeared and it was free. it avoided the edge of the blade and both figures dropped to the ground below once more. The snow eased and now we can fully see the man he has become.
Both arms are dressed identically. A dark leather glove on each hand and a black sleeve beginning at the elbow that moved to form a raven black garment that covered his torso where a hood dangled below the back of his neck. A second black garment covered his waist and fell to his thighs and a third garment under the second fell to boots on his feet. His hair was a lunar black with gray and silver colliding in his hair line as it fell over his peculiar eyes.
Taking in the sight, the creature realised that she has lost her hold over him. With a new voice, he spoke the final words she would here. "Over five years ago, I came to this hilltop. Ordered by the people of Xian to chase down a demon that had plagued them. I was not alone. My comrade & best friend also came. Together, he & I slayed the beast. With this sword," He brought he sword into two hands by his side. "We left for home, to Xian. Where we would be hailed as heroes by our friends and loved ones. However, the demon had cursed me with an enchantment. We had not slain it, not entirely at least. It returned in the form of a ghost, a woman. I was bewitched and fooled into believing I loved her, my firned died because of it. Afterwards, my memories failed and where replaced by a one lie." He began to walk forward slowly as the creature tried to recover itself. "I remembered the face of the ghost, lieing dead in the snow. I felt as if it was by my fault that it was possible. It was not. Instead, Teijin Lugria, a great warrior and a friend, died. I went to Xian, I was greeted with pity, I met face I did not know and a met a bride I did not love. All thought me dead, and all blamed me for Teijin's death. Instead of atoning, and going to jail. I came here to settle the score! You, demon, took my life, my emotion and gave me nothing but a lie! For four years I believed it and followed it! But now I know, who I am. My name is not Teijin," He swung the sword onto his shoulder and freed one hand, "I am not a vagrant who follows a dream," Suddenly the hand bursts with light and he brings the sword into both hands again, the light stream up the edge of the sword and he twists his body to position his sword behind him as if he was about to sing. "And I am not a sinner, I'm an avenger!" He swings the sword, the power that had channeled into the sword leapt from the blade and shot at the demon. She couldn't react and was crushed under it's power.
The attack scarred the ground, a large arc where the energy had crashed into the rock. Now the snow ceased and the light of day broke free of the snow and bathed the hill. He smiled weakly, looking down at the sword now trembling in his hand. Instantly, memories flooded back into his body. Faces, people, emotions, events, and deaths.
Twisting the sword into a reverse position, he stabbed it into the ground, leaving it as a momento to the fallen victim of the demon. After gazing at the blade for, what felt to him, an eternity. He turned and left.
His eyes returned to a pale blue over the next few days. By the time he reached the path to Xian, he could remember his name. 'My name, is Varox Blisen. No longer will I dwell on crimes that where not commited.'
- - - -
Eight months past, Varox settled matter in Xian and left to travel the land of Weyard again to train. The mercury lighthouse soon became his haven, as he was able to draw energy and power from it's summit. An ability he felt was uncanny and strange. After surmassing more power he left, hoping now he would be of even more use to Weyard.

Cureent Day, Tolbi.
Day break, the light of day has just breached the night and is beginning to light his path. A long trail of visitors lead from the gate, some are rejected and are sent down a path parallel to the one they leave. Ahead are two posts manned with spears and a shields, with more men waiting behind the blockade. The emblem of the unlit red tower protruding on their chest. He fished a small container of water from his a bag slung across his back and calmed his first. Beside was a weapon concealed behind layers of impatiently tied. As he approached the gate the two guards did as part of routine and moved to call him to a halt. "Stop, who are you? You need to state your business, name, and occupation if you wish to proceed." Varox had drawn his hood over his face, so as to remain anonymous. Keeping his face in it's shadow, he spoke fluently and clearly. "My name, purpose, and occupation?" He repeated the words of the guard. He seemed unamused. "My name is Varox, for purpose, I am here to visit a friend. For occupation, I was once a soldier in the army which overthrew this city and installed your Lord Nix as ruler." The guards looked at one another. Varox remained still and showed no indication of fear or surprise.
After a few seconds they nodded in agreement the turned to him once more. "Alright, prove who you are and you can go in." Varox reached into his bag without looking and seized something. The guards where wary but not anxious. 'Not very cautious, poor training I suppose.' He fished out a small piece of parchment that was neatly folded in two with a small seal stamped on it's front. It was rite of passage granted by Xian's officials. After a quick glance the guards nod once more and return the parchment. "You may pass, welcome to Tolbi." He passed them both and proceeded into the city. 'Good thing we had those papers!' A silent voice whispered from within. 'Yes it was.' Varox agreed, as they made their way through the streets.

This song is for the Flora part : Angel of the Night - Blutengel
This song is for the Nix part : See Me in Shadow - Delain
------------------------------------
“You better be right about the djinn. This has been one hell of a climb. It would've been so much easier if it was possible to fly up here.” Flora stared out of the cave while her head lay on her love's chest. The sky was very bright and clear so high up, in fact, they were so high up that the clouds were below them. Flora had never thought she would experience something like that some day, but here they were now, near the top of one of Weyard's largest mountains. The cave was cold, though the fire slowly drove out the cold and replaced it with warmth. All the warmth Flora ever needed, she was lying against, caressing his face with her fingers. “You know. There are pleasant ways to get warm.” Flora's face colored a bit at her own suggestion, but she couldn't say she wouldn't enjoy it.
As Kushluk was about to kiss her, she pushed him away. “I can feel it. I can feel it !” She jumped up in joy, laughing while she started at a certain part of the ceiling of the cave. Kushluk stared at her with utter confusion in his eyes, trying to see what she was looking at, wondering what she was talking about. “You were right. There is a djinn here. I bet it's a Mercury djinn, that one would definitely be yours. Surf will be happy to get a companion.” She smiled at his with possibly the biggest smile he had ever seen. His face, however, displayed shock. “Surf?” Kushluk said, as he unconsciously touched the eel tattoo on his right arm. “How do you know about Surf?” A small stream of water travelled up the warrior's shoulder while he asked his question, eventually forming into a furry creature Flora had seen only once before, but there was no mistaking who or what the creature was. “I told her.” While the creature couldn't speak, both Kushluk and Flora knew what the creature had said, as if it had been put into their mind mentally. Flora supposed it didn't matter how the creature spoke, it could speak and was intelligent, a good companion. As were her own djinn, which remained within her, waiting for her to call upon them. “You were sleeping, and you never paid any attention to me. And since you were in love with her, I felt I had to introduce myself.” The little critter stared around the room with its yellow beady eyes, waiting for a reply. “I'm sorry I didn't make him pay attention to you sooner.” Flora said apologetically. These elemental Djinn were a part of Weyard, and as Messenger of Growth, Shepherd of Weyard, she felt a strong empathy for everything that lived and grew on the world. “No worries. I could have come out at any time, to be honest, while that is not proper Djinn etiquette, it is possible.” Kushluk had no idea what to do or say at that point, Flora saw it in those blue eyes of his, the eyes she had often before drowned in, the eyes she had drowned in after they had... Flora focused back on the present before her thoughts wandered too far. Slowly she walked back over to him, throwing her arms upward around his neck. ”Don't worry about it, love. We got along great.” Kushluk grinned at her last comment, but he put his arms around her as well. “What do you say we go get some rest so we can capture that Djinn tomorrow?” His voice came out softly, it always did. While it was he who had sworn to follow her wherever she went, she never hesitated to do what he wanted, at least, if he wasn't being ridiculous. Going to bed wasn't ridiculous, they needed their rest for the next day.
----------------------
Nix sat in the small ante-chamber of his bed room. There were two guards posted just outside, behind the closed doors to the hallway. Two more guards stood before the open doors to Nix' bedroom. They were all adepts. After his first four personal guards, many more had been trained, and the three survivors of the original four had eventually gotten high positions. Killana had become head of the palace guard, Kahei was in charge of training new guards and Raphel now marched north, commanding a sizable portion of the Red Tower, his goal was Imil. Although Nix had commanded that the village had to be taken with as little damage and kills as possible, he couldn't afford to leave it alone. The village was a treasure of Mercury adepts, adepts Nix wanted -no, needed- for his army. Raphel had turned out to be natural born leader, and a good negotiator, if anyone could bring the village into the empire, he could.
Nix sat in a comfortable seat, holding a glass of delicious red wine, listening to the soft, slightly saddening tones the musicians were playing. These four musicians were apparently the best in all of Tolbi, and they now had the privilege to play for the Lord of Chaos. Nix had gotten quite a liking for his title, although he definitely should change the city's name. Tolbi was not a proper name, and as capital of his Empire, people shouldn't be reminded of what it used to be. He already had something in mind, though he'd have to look it up in the library. It was something for later, but he was positive the name would be good.
A knock resounded through the room, it came from the hallway door. Nix silenced the musicians with a simple gesture from his hand then yelled ‘enter’. A young woman, wearing the grey-red longcoat common to all palace guards, entered the room. Everyone in the Red Tower army wore the same type of longcoat, the only differences were its colors and the different details of the emblem. Anyone not originally from Prox didn't really belong to the Red Tower, according to the Proxians, and thus their towers were made in the bloodred color associated with Eris, instead of the brightred associated with Mars. A slight difference, that no-one except the Proxians and Nix knew about. The red in the palace guards longcoat was yet a different tint, common to the bricks in some parts of the palace.
The young woman finally spoke up. “I bring new milord. Our intelligence network has reported that one of the Apoji Islands has plummeted off the edge of the world.” That wasn't that important to Nix. Just another island less he had to conquer, and it wasn't even an important island. Nevertheless, it was good to know it had happened. It would reduce the surprise should Tundaria or Prox plummet into the dark abyss surrounding the world. Tundaria of course had the most chance, Prox was still connected to Angara, giving it a stronger grip on the world. “I should also report that a woman and a girl came to the gates today. Strong adepts, milord, they wanted to talk to you. I sent them away, telling them you should not be disturbed.”
“Foolish girl ! They could have crushed you. If adepts ask for me, always say that I am not here. I suppose one of them had wings?” The guard nodded. Nix had expected that to happen, sooner or later the other's would come after him, if they didn't have any other important business to attend to. He hadn't expected them to understand what he was doing, they felt it was wrong to use their power to rule others. While he essentially agreed with that, the situation at this point was different, the world was balancing on a razor's edge and they couldn't afford to let its people get in their way. Someone need to do what was necessary, although, he had to admit he had gotten quite a liking for his new way of life, and the power at his fingertips. “Well, it cannot be undone now. Send them an invitation for dinner. Tomorrow evening.” A waving gesture with his hand sent the guard away. While the musicians continued their play, Nix pondered what he would say to whoever was coming to get rid of them.
