Well, i had spend some hours to get the most possible percentage in this game, up to 199%. But i cannot reach some areas underwater in the inverted castle , as sown in this map capture

I know it's been a while, but just in case you decide to come back, and for the sake of other possibly wanting to know: to get those portions of the map, you'll need to use the form of wolf. Super jump to the ceiling, change, and swim along the top until it reveals on the map. There are two spots in particular that will take some persistence, so don't give up.

wow I did that over ten years ago, i remember getting frustrated trying to figure this out. finally got it after a while. great game.
