Slim didn't announce it, so that means Loki was told via PM, likely by Musefan. Whether or not this is a ploy, scum is involved here. I see one of these things happening: 1) Musefan comes back now that I've said this, saying he was never banned. 2) Musefan stays away now that I said that, to prove his ban. 3) If his ban is proven, Loki was obviously informed via PM. This raises the question of, why would Musefan tell Loki of all people via PM? One would assume he'd PM someone he's known for liking, such as ZTR or myself. They both know Musefan needs to either sit out this night phase or all night phases, hence why Loki said the ban lasts 2 days, because the night phase is finished in about 24 hours...
