A Moment of Mafia With Congo L. Omelot: The Straw That Broke The Camel’s Back For All The Tea In Coolsville

The Rules of this game are Complex and Different to those you are used To.

For one, this game has A map.

This map will be Seen at the bottom Of this post.

Every Night you may move A total number Of Areas equal to That Of your Travel Distance. Locations are the Number Squares. You may Travel between Number Squares Freely, without Using your Travel Distance.

What these Locations are I cannot say, Although hints have been Given.

Compiling A list is Up to You, and Certain Events may or may not happen at Certain Locations.

But, in other Circumstances, some Players may find themselves merely Injured. They will Die the next Night without Medical Help.

As for Voting. Any who reach the Majority Vote will Die in their Current Location (which will be Announced).

All other Rules remain the same unless Later Specified.

I like Slim's map more.

re: A Moment of Mafia With Congo L. Omelot: The Straw That Broke The Camel’s Back For All The Tea In Coolsville

Okay guys.

I know it's my fault because I was very vague on how the map worked, but this is how it is.

For this example, we'll be starting from Location 9. Top right corner of the map. Let's say we have a Travel Distance of 2.

We can go to Location 14 without using any movement at all, because it's in the same area as the location we're already in.

...

You know, to make this easier, here's a slightly edited map.

Black numbers now denote "Area".

Other numbers denote "Location".

Movement/travel distance is used to travel between Areas. Once you're in an Area, you can go to any Location in that area without have to use any more movement.

Also, roads don't mean anything. They're there just because it made it look better.

As for an example of what to send me, let's go back to the Location 9 example. If you have a Travel Distance of 2 and want to get to Location 25, you can go through either Area 7, or Area 2 to get there. So send me something along the following lines:

Go to: Location 25
3 > 7 > 6

The top is where you're going, the bottom is what you're travelling through: 3 (your start area), 7 (between you and your end area), 6 (your end area).

If you've already told me what path you're travelling through, you're fine. This is to make it easier for everyone else. >.<

As noted in the past, it's hard to bring in new, innovative ideas here. They're usually rejected before they're even given a fighting chance. Although, I personally like new innovations, they add to the excitement of an otherwise old, worn out game. My only advice would be to try and make your innovations as simple as possible, otherwise there'll be a good deal of people who won't understand, or will play it the wrong way.

Is it possible to travel to an Area and NOT head to any of its Locations?

I'm scared one these houses might eat my face...

Me and my army of whores will be partying in area 1.

You should all come party with me and my whores.

In area 1.

Nah, go to area 15, more room for whores that way. More whores = more fun.

Yes, let's all head to the dark, ominous corner of the map.

Well, at least there are no face-eating houses over there.

Actually, I think it would be incredibly awesome if we all went to the same area. Maybe a bad idea, but could be epic fun too.

Why does Location 23 in Area 15 have the only purple number in the game?

Actually, some of the teal buildings in the aqua areas have pinkish numbers, now that I look at them...

It is clear by looking at the map that area 15 is a biochemical spill, that's why.

Sorry I've not really been here guys, I've had school and been sick. I'd catch up now but I've been *bleep*ing exhausted most all day. Catching up tomorrow after I get up. Sorry for the starting inactivity.

Townie lynch...oh well, I can't expect much better from a first day phase, or really criticize since I didn't help.

(Also ilu Glot. I needed a laugh and this thread title gave it to me.)
