re: Socom vs CS

It really hard to compare the two since Socom is for the PS2 and CS is for PC. My pick would be CS because i like the mouse controls a lot more for shoter and there are a lot of updates for it. Socom is a better team game however so if you are into teamwork, then i Socom is better (this is personal opinion).

I like Counter-Strike more... The Seals have a huge advantage on SOCOM, They have camoflauge and silent weapons, very hard to play terrorists. People can also hide very well in that game, you cant even tell where your being shot from wich tends to piss me off.

re: Socom vs CS

I would also have to say CS just because its for the computer and I like to play computer games more then PS2 games. Besides you don't have to buy anything to run CS online unlike Socom.

re: Socom vs CS

Heres something that would probably answer your question: Do you like PS2 Games more or PC games more? Ddo you like Team Work more or by yourself action?

re: Socom vs CS

i don't want to get too far off topic here but i've been thinking of getting SOCOM for awhile and would it be accurate to say that if i like CS i'd also enjoy SOCOM?

re: Socom vs CS

i think socom and cs have about the same team play. i don't know about you guys, but when i play cs my team and i usually talk to each other quite a bit. i definitely like cs better, because i REALLY suck at fps' on consoles. i am horrible at aiming with analog sticks, it just feels wrong. i prefer a good ol' fashion mouse to bust caps in the asses of my foes.
