Pistol: ACP for the CT's, and P228 for the T's. The DE has way too small of a clip, and it's firing rate it too slow. Still a great weapon, if i had a glock and saw it laying on the ground, i wouldn't pass it up.
Sub-machine Gun: I used to the like the P90 the best, because of it's high firing rate and huge clip. Not to mention the stopping power of most rifles in the game. But the gun isn't terribly accurate while running, and it's too expensive too, costing as much as a rifle. Most of the times i find myself using the MP5, because of it's versatility, and it's recoil control. You can fire 10 shots before anything gets out of hand. The UMP is just worthless, it's firing rate is too slow for it to be a sub-machine gun. Rifle: M4 - still the best gun in the game. By best i mean most versatile; the recoil doesn't get too out of control, it doesn't waste ammo, it's effective at all ranges too. This gun really is the jack of all trades, it's almost impossible to hate this gun. In my opinion though, the silencer does absolutely nothing because you can still hear the shots. It seems that most of the noobs that suck are lured by the unsilenced shots too, so i can rack up more kills.  | |

No actually the UMP is quite a good weapon if used properly. IF you fire off one round shots, the stopping power of this weapon if formidable, it has the Armor Peirceing capabilty of an M4 carbine, so if you are good with this weapon you can really own people so easily and really cheaply, with the new 1.6 because it is only $1700 I believe.

So what it makes up in power it lacks in speed ...the other major problem about this gun is its tendency to spray ..or in other words its inaccuracy .

The UMP is really the last gun I would buy ..
Just go for the MP5 which is about the same price . The MP5 can beat the Carbine in some areas ..which is its fast firing rate which can make up its lack in damage and its very very cheap price ..i see it appear by the second round already so whatever it is ..dont buy the UMP . ------------------- [ Blah ] retired C-S moderator.

The mp5 uses the same bullets as the glock.. not sure about the ump though.

Yes of course ..thats y u 'mysteriously' get 20 extra bullets whenever u buy an MP5 if ur T .

smgs blow in my opinion (my opinion!!!) id much rather go strong pistol with is deagle/fullarmor/nade witch is same as mp5 with full ammo and if you go mp5/full armor you coulda got a ak instead
back to topic: Pistol= Deagle (power, accurate while crouching, only pistol that can kill in 1 shot) SMG= P90 (like i said i hate all smgs but if i had to pick one it would be this one nice ass clip not to expensive and you get some bang for your buck unlike mp5 no 10 hit kills) Sniper= Scout (Humiliation, takes talent, light, hs practice) Rilfe= *drum roll* by far the ak-47 (POWER,POWER,POWER, can kill in 1 burst even if opponent has full armor, one of most accurate guns in the game (not spraying of course) also its possible to spray with this gun if you do it right "pre-aim" or aim lower and let the recoil take care of the rest its also the best sniper in my opinion i bet i could take you in awp_map if i get ak and you got awp =) -Krum oh yah l337 kr3w pwnz all you  | |

The p90n is used for mainly spraying or shoot burst shots, and you fire full auto or even more than 3 round burst if you are farther than 5 feet away you will never hit your target. This gun is extremely unaccurate unless used correctly.
And the mp5 is MUCH better than the deagle for several reasons... 1. More Ammo in clip and in belt. 2. Fire full auto 3. Less recoil 4. Good damage in head, easy to hit because of #3. 5. Cheap gun(You can buy this gun and FULL AMMO and still die with no kills that round and STILL get a profit.) ------------------- | |

Yes of course ..it beats a d-eagle anyday ..
If a guy is firing at u, u can take him out easier with an MP5 than with a d-eagle because d-eagle is extremely inaccurate for long shots because u have to wait for the cross-hair to readjust itself for every long shot .. Whereas all u need with MP5 is just 2 bursts and he's most likely dead by then . For a few extra dollars u can get urself more frags and less deaths ^^...never go with just pistol only . ------------------- [ Blah ] retired C-S moderator.
