How long have you been playing CS? I myself am a veteran i began back at beta7.0. the only reason i really made this thread was to find out how experienced the cs members are on this site.

I started back in late 1.5. I never got serious until 1.6.

Sometime in 1.5, bout the middle of it's lifetime. I hated the layout of 1.5 and when Steam came along it really made everything easier for me. I love steam.

I use to play 1.3, then drifted away from Counter Strike... Came back, 1.5 was out... Still didn't care for COunter Strike until I had friends from school that played it.

I played a couple times at a friend's house so I don't know if that counts. But overall I've played CS for about a week now. I'm ok because I've been practicing in Condition Zero's single player mode.

I started exactly two years back, some of my friends introduced me to the game, at first I thought it sucked since I never played PC games before, but afterwards I got addicted. And I am still playing till now...

2 years back.
First year was BADDD.... I used to go the gamin pub almost every day for 2 hours... tsk tsk tsk.. If My grades went down, I'm sure my mom would have banned me from LOOking at my OWn PC, let alone go somewher to PAY and play it. Startd at 1.3, then 1.5... nvr used steam or 1.6 as it's not popularly used in Kuwait. ------------------- "

About a month but I play like mad and i might be suprisingly good for a new guy. My friend simmey helps me though hes gooood. I love cs and steam.
