I don't know if I've ever introduced myself here. So howdy, Hell_Fire here.

this is not spam here. I'm new and don't own a huge collection of FF games but just enough in my opinion to consider myself a fan of the series. Oh and those of you who have been here awhile (and other forums which don't require registration) will no doubt notice what I based my username on. Think of it as an apology.

Not sure if I ever introduced myself on the other thread. I'm Gary15 but please just call me Gary. I'm a big fan of the final fantasy series and have been playing it since getting final fantasy 6 when I was around 7 years old, I've been hooked ever since.

Hmm if Daisy is the flight attendant who actually is the pilot?

There's this really cool guy named ryancola and I think he's the pilot of this ship, folks.

Long-time Final Fantasy fan here, currently play FFXI on Valefor Server, and working on a re-play of FFVII, as soon as I find my disks again ^^;

Erm... since the old introduction thread is not sticky anymore, it's slipping away down the forum... is that supposed to be happening?

The old Introductions page reached it's 30-page limit, so the moderator (Daisy) decided to open up a new one, to avoid having that thread go to like 40 pages.

Well, not different no, but also yes. The info on there is for members who already posted their info, we mean... if we would want to read up on who is erm... Ryancola for example, we'd have to search that old introductions thread and since these neo forums have like... zillion pages it can take a while... now it is on the second page if we're not mistaken, but it'll fall down more as time progresses. So we meant in that way, would it be harming if it was still sticky even if locked? Just a thought... Not trying to meddle in mods affairs though.

I understand what you are saying, but that's not how we do it. Once a thread reaches 30 pages we close that thread and start a new incarnation of that thread, and the other thread drops back in the forum to become part of "forum history".

This new thread is open to new and old members to introduce or re-introduce themselves to the forum, and when this one reaches thirty pages, this one will be closed as well, for a new one.

It makes for less strain on our servers and gives people a way to re-introduce themsleves if it has been a while since they intitally posted in the forum.

Such is why several forum regulars have already re-introduced themselves to the forum in this thread. (Just following up on Daisy's post)
