***THE ALL AMERICAN CHALLENGE***

Hey guys the big bad USAF guy has an AC4 challenge for all of you. First start a new game at the highest difficulty level you have earned, you all should be playing on ACE. Acheive an S rating on every level, but you can only use American fighters. I will list all of aircraft you can use, BTW you cannot do a "Special Continue" YOU MUST START A BRAND NEW GAME!!! I like using the Foriegn fighters, and I felt I was relying too much on them to play through the game so I did this and had some real fun.

F-4
F-5
F-16C
A-10
F-14
F/A-18
F-15C
F-15E
F/A-22

I did not count either the F-15 ACTIVE (not a REAL fighter) or the F-2 (Japanese version of the F-16C BLK 50), but feel free to CRY MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Have fun

re: ***THE ALL AMERICAN CHALLENGE***

Sounds really good, but I still have my aniversery
deal going, the same thing could have been done there
if people would have made suggestions. But no one was
intrested.I have thought about playing this way using
USAF aircraft only, infact that is pretty much what I
have been doing.Right now on my first memory block, the
F-14A(middle color scheme)is up to 108 sorties flown.

The other way I have thought of playing the entire
18 missions is to use the F-22A,F-15Active,SU-37,
S-37A,F-2A,X-02,EF-2000,and the RM-01 that way also.
Well if I get around to it,I may give your idea a try
for game play.

re: ***THE ALL AMERICAN CHALLENGE***

I knew if anyone would, you would respond to the challenge. It's pretty interesting really, after being tired of using mostly foreign aircraft in the game (besides the F-15E) I felt really good about kicking butt while flying the jets I have actually worked with.

I'am right there with you! I too myself
enjoy using the F-15E as well,I like how it
performs in the game and it's payload to boot.

Now you said not to use S.P continue correct?
Then I'll start a new game using ACE level as
I have all aircraft and levels unlocked,I like
the idea of using strickly USAF aircraft only.

I dont use the tornado much, I do like the replays with the folding wings though.

re: ***THE ALL AMERICAN CHALLENGE***

F-15 Active. He said F-15 Active not F-15A, Ace Flyer.

Actually, the F-15 Active is a real-life existing aircraft, but its only a NASA test demostrator, not a combat aircraft.
The whole purpose of the challenge was to use real-life American production fighters. Not test beds or prototype machines.

Actually Moron, I'd place money that your sig pic is an F-15C not the A variant. You need to get both your stories straight and at least read what I obviously wrote before you make yourself look like an A$$ by flaming with no basis.

Don't call me a liar when you have no clue what you are even talking about yourself! Learn to read, comprehend, and grow up and you may just be alright

disrespectful to you in any way,I was just ponting
out the LuiBei knew what he was talking about.I
wasn't trying to put you down, just saying to be
cautious about what you say and how you say it.

There is no need for hostilities, for sure I wasn't
trying to be mean in any way.

re: ***THE ALL AMERICAN CHALLENGE***

Hold on Mike, I shall smite him

Look Ace Flyer, none of us are disputing whether the F-15A is a real aircraft or not. YOU NEED TO GET THAT THROUGH YOUR SKULL!!! Yes it is a real aircraft, whoopedeedoo!

I don't think that you have figured out that the F-15 ACTIVE and the F-15 A Variant are two different aircraft. The F-15A is the original F-15 made back in IOC 1971. The F-15 ACTIVE is a NASA project that was the forerunner to the F-22 project, although it was cancelled.

The F-15A IS NOT IN AC4, the F-15 ACTIVE IS! Yes we all know that the F-15A is a real aircraft, hell I've sat in one. I've also sat in an F-15C and I've flown in an F-15E on multiple occasions. Please do not challenge my knowledge of that aircraft (if any) or you will be dealt with accordingly. For someone who calls themself "Ace Flyer" you certainly don't even have a grasp on aviation let alone the ability to read something right in front of your face on a computer screen. In relative terms you're like the "Ace Flyer" who gets shot down by Snoopy

If you know so darn much about the F-15A, then plase tell me what was it originally created for? What was its main competition? What are the differences between the A, C, and E variants? If you really feel motivated tell us about the F-15 ACTIVE project and why it was cancelled? And please don't spend too much time digging around the internet trying to find that info, you probabaly won't find half of it. Have a great USAF day
