Of course so many of you say Minion is the best, he was probably designed to be the best, that's why you need the code. I mean think about it: an unrealistically agile, heavily armored vehicle with a special that not only does massive damage, but also freezes? Playing as Minion isn't even fair. Technically Outlaw is the best, but it's kinda boring (just a police car). My favorite is probably Flower Power too, cuz she's a hot chick AND a hippy-like character (hippies are cool).
