KT7A Will not boot |
|
I have just installed a KT7A mb with Athlon 1400 cpu. I get a message 'PRESS A KEY TO REBOOT' after POST. The system does not attempt to access floppy or HDD drives. It recognises HDD during POST auto detect and accesses floppy during 'boot up floppy seek' in POST. Any ideas??

Anytime a PCI board is improperly seated you run the risk of boot up problems and hard locks. That's why those damn manuals for PCI cards always say "seat the card firmly" ------------------- The further back you can look, the farther ahead you can see. <paraphrased> - Winston Churchill
