As much as I hate sharing this with the internet, I'd like some advice. What's more, I've read the rules, I firmly believe this complies with the masturbation gray area.

Anyway. So, frankly, sometimes after I masturbate my penis starts to burn. It almost feels like I need to urinate (not sure if I can say 'piss', but I'd certainly be more comfortable with it), but if I do it doesn't help, and sometimes just hurts more.
Kinda feels like it's something inside the actual shaft...ya know.
It's probably been going on for about a year, it might only be once or twice a week, sometimes not even that.
I'm not particularly sexually active, I had a girl touch me there once or twice, I've touched a few girls, that's all.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, sometimes it's after masturbating a few times in a day, sometimes it happens if I masturbate once in a few days.
Aaand it probably lasts about 30-40 minutes.

Yeah I guess that's it. Just need some advice, or maybe someone who knows what's going on. It seems unfair seeing I haven't had sex and live a pretty healthy lifestyle, I mean, I look after myself!

When you urinate, it is cleaning any remaining seminal fluid out of your urethra. I believe that is why, at first, if feels as if it's pushing something small through it.

If it's just burning when you pee, try drinking more water. Increasing your water intake should result in the chemicals that you are urinating becoming more diluted.

Drink water and don't piss for half an hour after masturbating. Using soap/shampoo as lube can make it worse.

Lay off all the soda's guys.

Remember that burning can also be a symptom if you're on any drugs (prescription or not).

Since so many of us are on meds, many people tend to ignore that could also be one of the causes.

Also, for the burning, you really have to know when it's happening. If it's all the time, you got a major problem.

If it only burns when masturbating then that's abnormal to my understanding and as embarrassing as it might be, you should tell your parents.

The best way is usually "it's a personal emergency" especially if they're incredibly religious (which is an entire discussion altogether).

Hope it goes away, anything that goes down there is embarrassing but honestly it shouldn't be.

You wouldn't believe how much water I drink. Really, I downed 3 600ml bottles last night in the 3 hours before masturbating, it didn't help a bit.

Not urinating can't be much of a cure, it still burns if I don't, and really feels like I should.

I could probably get to the doctors, say it's about a wart or something, avoid the embarrassment.

And I'm not on ANY drugs or medications.

I've heard that can happen because you have an STD/STI? Just saying.

Yeah, it's symtom of certain STI's, but it's more likely something much less serious.

No, I seriously doubt it. This happens to me on occasion as well and it is EXTREMELY uncomfortable, but it fades within the hour.

I can also say that it happens to me about 10% of the time, it's not exactly painful but as Yami Yugi said, ridiculously uncomfortable, and it always goes away in not too long.
