>>' But I have a little itty bitty problem : I don't dream very often! How do I make myself dream more often? I dream maybe once a month but Iused to dream more when I was a kid.
Oh, there was the one dream where I dreamt that I was being held as a hostage and someone shot me in the head. When I woke up, I still could feel it! X_x ------------------- Status: Gone and hopefully will be forgotten

You dream every night, you just don't realize it. Your dream recall is very low if you don't remember your dreams. I myself remember most of my dreams, but as the day goes by it slips into the back of my mind.
I also have lucid dreams quite often, and they're extremely entertaining. The powers of the mind are absolutely stellar. ------------------- ![]()

I had a couple of old hag dreams.
The first one was the girl from the Exorcist choking me, she wasn't on my chest but standing beside me screaming. I had fear of going back to sleep for along time. The Second i didn't get choked i got lifted up into the air for about 10 to 20 seconds then just droped again. Has anyone else had the second one? I've also had a lucid dream once, I was driving a lamborghini murcielago... ------------------- ![]()

What do you call it if you go somewhere in real life and you can recall being there before in a dream but you cant remember when?
Its something like 'ja jere view' not the right spelling though.

quote mattie005I've had that a few times, it wasn't only the look of the place I remembered though, it was the smell - If that makes sense. Really freaky.

Why do people want to recall their dreams? I'm just curious. It's pretty much all fake...

I've noticed that everytime I have a lucid dream, I'm always in a disadvantageous position in it. I'm always being chased by some crazy killer or drowning and then I take over and try things that don't work and I end up dying. Most of my lucid dreams suck but there are some acceptions like one where I was in the middle of the ocean lying in an innertube and some weird shit went down but it was cool cause I was able to control it. Too bad everytime I have good ones, they end right when I start to change stuff

If you can control your dreams then why can't you control the environment you're in? Or does the environment come about spontaneously?

can someone tell me exactly how to lucid dream? i mean, i wanna control my dreams without having to wait like 20 days to fill out a dream book and read all those steps ( i read about half the steps in the link in the first post ) and i finally said screw it...so if there is an easier way to control the dream state, leme hear it.

So, this website basicly tells you how to control your dreams? If that is true and I do decide to do that, is there any dangers involved?

I read that whole site and I was really amazed, I think it could actually work. I'm going to try this month and I just started to keep a Dream Journal on microsoft word.

I actually read about this too. It seems kind of cool, but I don't quite understand the entire purpose behind it. Is it about controlling your dreams, or realizing if you are actually dreaming? I'd experiment, but I don't think I'm up to keeping a Dream Log. Half the time, if I do dream, I don't remember it.
