Can you put in links to reliable Mario sites on the Thread Index or did you already do so months/years ago?

Gotenks, someone reported Redigit's Super Mario Bros. X thread even though it wasn't advertising products. Could you put it back into view?

I put thought into this when I remembered about the Neoseeker Easter Egg Hunt contests.


Well, as this is the General Mario Brother Forum, then that means all Mario games are related. That being said, what if we started a little game thing where people would compete to have the shortest amount of time to finish?

What I'm saying is that the contest would rely on riddles for the first question, and then the rest of the answers will be found in threads. The clue to the next question would be in a thread that is hidden in the forum's pages. But of course, the page limit would only be to look from 1-14.

When you find your way through the contest, you have to PM Kuhn or me(if I can create it) telling me how long it took. That means you need to keep a clock or stopwatch with you during the contest.

Questions? Thoughts?

I'll post it in the GD and see if they like it.

Next time feature Daisy or Goomba or KIng Boo. There are all cool under-rated chars.

Great idea, I like it. Would it be limited to only this thread? I entered the original and had a lot of fun.

If you mean only this form, then no. The contest would have clues placed in almost every forum that would lead to another clue.


On the other hand, I could just make them riddles. Then at the end, you would have to take the first letter of every answer and unscramble them to find the real answer.



Would you guys like an example of a riddle we would use? I will give you one that doesn't have anything to do with a Mario forum(why spoil a good answer?):



You feed me, you dress me, we travel everywhere.
With an owner like you, what is there to fear?
I've been the base for three games, yet the main will always stand,
What could be the answer to the riddle of my land?

As you can see, the first line has to do with taking care of something(pets, babies, Barbie dolls)
The second line shows that you have a duty to protect that something(pets, babies)
Third line has to do with games, and the base coudl be a main game(pets)
Last line mentions their land.

Now put it together: Pets; land

There is only one forum that has been the base of three games. It also features pets and has a world.


Thus the answer would be Neopets. So you would visit the Neopets forum and get the next clue.
