Gotenks, I'm just wondering, how "on-topic" do we have to be? Can we be somewhat of a Social forum, where we aren't required to stick to a certain topic. I ask this because there is only so much you can say about Mario and his crew of woodland creatures.

Should still be a roleplay.

Of course there would be original characters. And who said we have to do the same thing as every other Mario game? Are you really that unimaginative that you can't think of a way to get around "Oh we have to save the princess and we can't do anything other than that?"

Seriously, just cause the Mario games deal with the whole saving the princess bit doesn't mean we'll have to play that out =/

I can't help but notice that the forum has slowed down dramatically, so to put that right I am proposing that we run some sort of forum event. As most of you should remember, the header and footer contest brought the community closer together, if only for a short period of time. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking of something similar to a Hurt & Heal. That is, of course, if this wouldn't be too "off-topic" for a General forum.

The hurt and heal was started recently by a visiting guest. Thought I should point this out so you can look.

Game of the month sounds like a good plan. Especially if it opens up the door for many of the other Mario fans who have no idea that *such and such game* exists.
