I don't know if anyone comes here, but if so please help.

I haave got to the final portion of the game, and I got completely stuck. So I got a walkthrough for help, which managed to get me a bit further. The only problem now is that I cannot pick up the package I sent to myself from the train station. I've found several items in the woman's old apartment, shown the picture to the barman, and a few other things that I can't remember (it's actually been a couple of months since I last played this) can anyone help?
