Nelo's not too hard the first time,but he gets way harder.Of couse what can you expect from Vergil.My fav. character from this game is....Phantom.No just kidding,my favs probablly Dante or Nelo.I see you finally got DMC1 Subzero,cool.

I'm liking it so far. That gernade gun makes the Kilina Ann (sp?) look like trash.

I just found out at Wiki that Nelo is actually Vergil. I liked him better as Vergil. At least he talked but I can't be too judgemental since I'm still on the 13th mission.

Sparda also looks like a cool character. Shame we don't see him do much in the game.

You didn't know Nelo was Vergil?I get you about the Grenade Gun,they need to bring it back.Dude the best weapon is the Sparda.Even with no DT it still kicks @$$.

No I didn't. I thought he died in DMC3. About the Sparda sword, I can't comment on it but I did hear some fans say that it's a kickass weapon. I can't wait to try it out for myself.

Sparda and Vergil. Dante is weak; he can not even harness Sparda's power properly when he is at his full rage. Son of Sparda? Vergil is the only true Son of Sparda. I wish he hadn't turned into the Dark Knight and that we could play as him. The only one better is Sparda. (Goes to face all of the bosses, especially Nightmare and Mundus with Dante to prove this.) Mundus is my least favorite though, then Nightmare, (we all know why) then Trish (if you help Nightmare, who is already close to impossible to defeat, it gets personal and I would have terminated you if I had the chance, Trish.)

But Vergil was super cool to play as in DMC3.

Strange how stupid someone looks when they say one guy is weak,but another strong,considering how many times the "weak" guy kicked the supposedly "strong" guy's ass.In DMC3 Dante lost the first,the second fight was interrupted,and Dante beat Vergil at his strongest in the end of DMC3.In DMC1 Vergil was even stronger because of his dark powers,and Dante still beat him!(it was hard tho)
So going by the facts Vergil is incredibly awesome and powerful,but,in the end,Dante pwns.

The powers of Sparda and Mundus do not go together. The only reason they did that it would not make any sense if Vergil won when Dante was already in 1, instead of Vergil. He wanted to be have his father's power, and is the better swordsman, which ensures his victory. That again ensures that Dante would have been the loser if he was not already in 1. He calls his sword "Woozy." You can already tell how strange he is by that. (Goes to face Nightmare 3 on DMD mode, then watches as Dante is eaten. Goes to face Nightmare 3 with Sparda, then watches as Sparda destroys him easily with a fire dragon.). I am free of Nightmare! No offense Dante, but you are weak. (Gets reminded of Nelo's taunt and does it.)

What the hell? Dante beat him in the end of DMC3 and Vergil was already weak while Dante is still fresh. I remember him saying "what's the matter? That's all you got? You can do better than that." Vergil was stronger before Dante's true powers awakened.

I agree with Vergil being the better swordsman and I personally find him better than Nelo. Now I'm not a Vergil hater or a Dante fanyboy but I'm simply calling it how it is.

EDIT:If you really believe Vergil would win.(Vergil not Sparda)Then start a vs. thread in the DMC3 forum.Just tell everyone to give real reasons.I garauntee they'll say Dante why because Dante has already won.Oh,and real cute changing the title in your post,and the "fixing" in the quote.Real funny.
