Okay let's say I wanted to go to this site and download a game file for Dragon Quest VIII (let's just say the fourth file down). I have no idea how to get that onto my PS2 memory card. Can I do it with a flash drive? I don't have anything very fancy. Thank you.

I only thought that you could download game files onto the PS3.

I don't know because they have game saves for other consoles than the PS2.
