	I think they mean they want to know how to transfer a video they took of a video game boss fight/scene/etc. onto their computer, like all the video game stuff you see on youtube.

	To do that, you need a capture card/capture device. Of course, you have to set it up, and each device varies, so plan accordingly. Also, to record something like that, you kinda need it to be happening as you're recording.
