I just wanna see how you guys handle nineball. Like what tactics you use, etc. (TRYING TO KEEP THIS FORUM ALIVE!!!) Anyways so??

Well, I doubt the forum will stay alive for too long... But I usually just equip the Arrow Hover leg and circle around him... The only things sthat seem to hit are the Missiles, which I can dodge...

I take him on the same way I take on most opponents, its just way, way harder and more fun , does anyone else manage to blade him sometimes without getting bladed back? I find it really cool when I do .

I have, a few times, I find it funner to Blade Stinger though, since he seems to be more skilled. But with UNB I prefer to figt regular Nine-Ball, since UNB seems to kill me more, and NB carries the fight longer...

UNB just stands there when you blade him. He doesn't even have a system stall/flinch. He just blades back immediately. I've managed to blade him alot without getting bladed back. You guys know the rumor that when you blade an ac's head it's heat goes way up, it can't lock on, and it's energy goes all the way to the redzone? It's only a rumor, but it seems to make sense because when I blade hustler one's head he can't seem to hit me or fly for a long time...... for at least 20 secs. What do you guys think?

Well, the only way to blade the Head would be to be airborn, and when Blading in the air, of most things the Slash hurts more, but it also gives a slight better stun and heat then when on the floor

Well I don't know about UNB, but from my experience of being bladed in the head I doubt it has any side affects save for what SF stated about airborn blading, still, gave me a funny image of an AC's head shooting up in a long neck like those cheap boxing games, LOL.

No, I was saying that blading in mid air all round does more damage, it also gives off a bit more heat.

oh...... I see. I should blade one of you guys in the head..... then we can see for reals if the rumor's true. lol jk

Just for anyone who fancies a challenge, I say to you beat UNB with no Plus, I found that hard, some of you will probably find this easy, if so, well done, to those who try this, good luck .

I did it. It was fairly easy. Just use machine gun/ blade combos. Midare combinations while he's flying. Takes him out fast.
