I read the walkthrough and played that level over 15 times and I still can't find that present. It's my last one to get and it's really annoying now. The walkthrough says it's in the second town far side on top of some smoke stacks. First of all which section is the second town? There's the starting area, then the park, then a town, then the playground, another town and the harbour which has many towns. I can't find it and what do the smoke stacks look like?

Ok, this what I found at one of the Game FAQs Walkthroughs by aechris (http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/game/918766.html) :

"Build up enough to get past the school and up to the second town. In the middle of the buildings there's a factory with two smoke stacks. This sounds crazy, but run up the ladder of the stack farthest from where you came. It's at the top of the chimney. Do it as soon as you get to the second town or you might get too big to get it."

This is a little more descriptive than the FAQ here... but I can't find it either!~Atari

But which one is considered the "second" town? The one after the park? The one after the playground? Or the ones in the harbour?

That's whats getting me. I found a few smoke stacks near Jumbo Man and the huge parked boat, but there is not a present there. I think you should E-mail the author of the FAQ and see if you can get a more detailed way of getting the present.~Atari

The city after the school playground had a building with 2 smoke stacks in the middle of the city. I ran up both ladders on the smoke stacks and still came up with nothing. I then tried to climb the huge smoke stack on the small island beneath the decline ramp which has the shipping boat chasing the marlin. But I wasn't able to climb that smoke stack.
