I was thinking about this one new commericial I saw, and it false advertises, I think.

1. It shows Salvatore telling Fido that if he does this one last thing he will give him everything he wants, maybe there is some secret mission I don't know about.

2. It shows landing a helicopter in the stadium.
I have used the tank *yes I took the easy way* and I could never land I could get into the stadium but when I touched the grass I would go through and it would spin and land on the road somehow, why would a helpicopter (which I have no idea how to get) be able to land.

Other Stuff:
Someone told me that after you kill Salvatore and you beat the game or get pretty far into it, and you go back to the Leone Mansion, Joey, Luigi, and Ray are there and they start shooting at you. Is this true?

Yeah, that quote is in the game. As for the chopper it's not flyable or landable. The part about the mafia being in the mansion is false, although if you go through St. Marks, they will blast on you hardcore..

I've actually beat the game myself, except I must have forgot him saying that to me, I knew he said something to that effect in "Last Request" but I never thought he said that exactly.
