I did a mission where you have two choices to travel to, one is a car ordered by salvatore, and another is a boat by maria. i took the boat and the next mission i killed salvatore. im confused because he makes an appearance in gta:lcs. is he dead, or alive?

LCS takes place before GTA: III so that's why he's still alive there. Dead as a doornail after 'Sayonara Salvatore' =P
