	Have you ever considered the water in Grand Theft Auto III It greatly resembles the water in NYC but it still looks unrealistic. It looks like sludge:nothing like water. They do a better job depicting it in GTA Liberty City Stories.

	and besides in gta lcs and gta iii your character cant swim the idea isn't to drown unless you are a total doofus and not have a boat.
