Can it play on a laptop with this 3d card?

Hi!

I *really* want to buy this game and play it, but here comes the tough question. I meet the specs all the way except for the 3dcard. My card is a 64mb Intel integrated card (laptop), no shade pixel stuff or T&L. If I got it correctly, this game requires T&L. But, by experience I've learned the specs aren't always true, it's about 50% odds. For instance, Rome Total War, Swat 4, Kotor and Chronicles of riddick - all those requires T&L on a 3dcard, but they have worked for me anyway. Thief 3, Splinter Cell games, and many many others has also required T&L, and have NOT worked at my laptop. God knows why and how it can differ like this. So my question is: has anyone tried Indigo Prophecy on a laptop with a simple integrated videocard? Would be expensive buying it and then it won't work. (No I can't download the demo, I'm having a slow 56kb modem.)

Hey, Linda, and welcome to Neoseeker!

I'm not sure if you are used to forums before, but even if you are, Neoseeker is a bit of an oddball when it came down to how they are laid out. While I'm sure you're answer would come eventually, the Xbox forum just doesn't serve the sort of people who can help you with laptop problems.

I recommend this forum in the PC Adventure section for your needs at this moment. While I am unsure as to whether or not someone can help you, post your stats compared to the minimum requirements along with your graphics card and hopefully someone will be able to assist you.

Once again, welcome to Neoseeker, I hope you enjoy your time on here!
