Ok I have got the directions and I have the clock and I am on the raft. The problem is that first time on my directions is 12:10E so I went east but none of the times will say 12:10. I dont understand how to do it

How do i go from here..i've met Guybrush twice and now i dunno which path all the direction i tried are wron..the last two path is 3:25 N and 4:10 S.
