Currently a release date is set for October 31st in Japan. It is unlikely that this game will be released in the states but you can always hope or import hehe.

Retailers have begun listing Final Fantasy Origins at a more specific release date. The game is set to begin shipping to retailers on April 8th for a suggested price of $29.99 USD.
At this time, the date is still tentative because Square EA has yet to make an official announcement, but it is still anticipated that the game will arrive on or near the given date. Also... Several European sources are reporting that Final Fantasy Origins, the compilation game that includes Final Fantasy I & II, will be making its way to PAL territories. As of now, it will only be available in English, and it will be released in the UK and the rest of Europe in mid-March. Final Fantasy Origins is a complete remake of Final Fantasy I & II for the PlayStation. It includes brand new FMVs, re-done graphics, and several new gameplay features.
