I suggest showing it in people's Profiles if they are currently being banned for something. Sometimes when one of my friends have completely disappeared from Neoseeker, I wonder if they've been banned sitewide or have just left Neo. I don't really care what they're being banned for, just what type of ban it is, where the ban applies and how long it lasts.

No. An individual forum ban is not something any member would appreciate being made so public. If you're wondering if a favorite member has either left or been banned, just PM them; If they're gone, you wont receive a reply. Simple.

Some people wear ban messages as if they're something to be proud of when they're not, we don't need to be adding to that by indicating if someone's banned in their profile. If someone's banned, it only concerns themselves and the moderator(s) with power in the forum where the ban was issued.
