hey, i read in an FAQ/Walkthrough that the horse can be used as a sort of portable shipping bin, but ive given my horse a couple turnips and such and it would seem as though he ate them. i seriously doubt that this is true but, is the horse really another shipping bin?

the year after you get the horse, barley comes back. if you've taken good care of it, he'll say that you did a good job and that you can keep it. after that the horse has grown up and barley will put a saddle on it. you can put things in the saddle. it's just like one of the shipping bins. no limit to how much you can put in it. but once you but something in it, it's shipped and you can't get it back.

One time I stood in front of my horse and he ate the apple that I wanted to ship so now I stand beside it.
