Who do you bring yarn to to make a starry night sock?

Good question. My best guess (and it is only a guess) would be that Elli's grandmother, Ellen would be the one to knit a sock. I really can't picture anyone else doing it. I would suggest that you make friends with her before trying it though.

To get a sock u have to be friends wid ellen.during winter1st to da 23rd between 9am to 11am go to her house wid a ball of yarn give it to her and she will knit u a sock.your sock will hang on your coathanger inside ur house.(Ellen likes these things Milk,spa-boiled egss,carrots and rice cakes).

She also seems to like apples, and she should like apple pie since the mayor brings her one every Sunday.

so im guessing that the sock has nothing to do with anything right always nothing always nothing...

There is a special night in Winter where if you have your sock up on the hook, "something good" will happen. My guess? HM's version of X-mas.

So there is a reason to have the sock. I'm hoping I get to figure out just what you get in a few days. (I just started my Winter Season) I just wish I can remember which day you are supposed to have it up, but I do think that the right channel will tell you eventually. At least that is how I seem to remember it happening last Winter.

If you bring a piece of Adamantite ore and 20,000G to Saibara he can make you one. It will take him 5 days, and it will automatically be delivered to your barn by Gray.

The same thing holds true for the Mayonnaise Maker (except that one will show up in your chicken coop) and Cheese Maker.

The Stocking Festival will happen at night so notin to do in da mornin.Go to sleep between 9pm and midnight. Mayor Thomas will act as "Santa Claus" n sneak in your place to leave a present. He'll only leave a gift if you have socks hanging up on your coathanger. The next morning you can check your stocking and see what you received.

My turn for a question, Elk. Does it matter what grade of yarn you bring to Ellen for the making of the sock?

here's what happens when you have the sock .... you know when the mayor asks for all the items on that one day he really puts em in the socks and on some day u go to sleep early then a sene at 9:00 comes up where he's trying to put them things in ur sock

lol. On the stocking festival, which is on winter 25 i think. Also, I think you gotta go to sleep between 9-midnight for it to work.

The Starry Night Festival is on the 24th, not the 25th.

I'm still having probelms with this. Ellen won't make me the sock, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. To make matters worse, its the 21st of Winter, so I'm running out of time.

Can anyone help?

Well all's I can suggest is giving her lots of more Gifts.

If you give her the yarn then go the next day and she will give you your sock.

Just give her Apple pie for about a week

P.S) What if u havent ever gotten him anything on that one day when he comes round ?
