how many days after i get married until my wife, ann, will get pregnant?

do i need to geive her gifts every day to make this happen?

I takes a fair amount of time, i didn't give my wife gifts everyday though. just enough to keep the hearts at 10

about one season later she got pregnant and according to another post it will be about another season for it to be born. after he is born, what does he do??? does he grow up? would he help me out on the farm?

I thought the kid helped you out when it grew up as well but according to someone, that only happens in AWL. so he will be a toddler forever!
