Dark Samus isn't an alien. It's a phazon-created incarnation of Metroid Prime.

And you can't control Dark Samus in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, nor can you see it without the phazon suit attached.

1) You don't actually kill Dark Samus in MP2. If you get the 100% ending, you see its phazon molecules reconstruct themselves in space above Aether. Dark Samus IS the entity that attacks the hunters in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption near the beginning.

2) Phazon radiation consists of electromagnetic waves if I'm correct. The energy itself isn't alien, although I suppose you could consider the element phazon "alien", seeing as it does not come from Earth. However, just because phazon is an alien element does not mean Dark Samus is an alien. Although you could consider Metroid Prime an alien.

And I thought we decided to get off of the explicit content topic.
