Load up PGR and after the "WARNING dont do this IRL" thing, look at the loading screen (NOT the "press start" screen).

See the black shape in about the middle of the screen? It looks to me like someone who hung themselves (or got hung) by a rope on the bridge(?)/building/black blob at top of screen.

IF thats what it is, then thats some messed up shit...

Erm, never mind. The loading screen only appeared after the WARNING screen the first time I started it up on my new X-Box.
Still look at the loading screen, just dont look for it in that place.
