I would have to say that Gran Turismo 3 is better since it has better graphics and alot more cars.

The graphics in GT# are clearly of less quality, quantity of cars does not equal value, and giving GT3 a 9/10 on sound and a higher lasting appeal belies any numerical objectivity you play at with your method. A few necessary, though minor adjustments to your numbers yield:

PGR is by far the better game... for those who like it far better. the same could be said of GT3, for those who like it better. Numerially rating games is B.S.!
