When I talk to the fish that draws on your sea chart and gives you info, he will say that certain things will happen when the moon is at a certain phase. What are these things?

He means that when you go there when the moon is that shape at night, the ghost ship will appear is all

Is this for every square he tells it to you? Or do different things happen in different squares? And what happens on the ghost ship? What do I get?

There are seven phases of the moon in the game. There are seven different islands where the Ghost Ship can appear. Each island corresponds to a phase of the moon.
To go in the Ghost Ship, you need the Ghost Ship Chart from Diamond Steppe Island. To get it, you need the Hookshot, which is in the Wind Temple. After doing all that, sail to the indicated island at night during that phase of the moon. Sail into the Ghost Ship and defeat the enemies inside. You get a Triforce Chart. ------------------- ~War does not determine who is right.

Well thats not the only thing than happens in the moon phases you can get certain cgests when certain moon phases instead of those normal 20 ruppes chest (see the moon cdhart its in one of the 15 or 16 rifts).
