apparently that one thing about the fountain that you can buy from Zunari(the fountain post, thingy) will work even during the day, not just nighttime. You just gotta stand near it for a while.

I'm stuck in zelda the windwaker. I do not know how to water all the duked trees in less than 20 minutes. Also i can't go through the north and south entrances of the kingdom.

I don't know what you're talking about with "north and south entrances of the kingdom," but to water all the "duked" (?) trees, you need to learn the Ballad of Gales from the frog thing that lives in the giant tornado you'll come across occasionally as you sail around. Before you can dispatch him, you need the arrows from the Tower of the Gods.
