These forums are all about having fun and enjoying yourselves. Please refrain from name-calling or inappropriate remarks.

4. Stay on Topic:

I know it's easy to start to stray away from the topic, but please try not to. This forum is for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker discussion only!

5. Introduce Yourself:

If you plan to come here often, then please introduce yourself in the provided thread.

6. Use proper grammar and spelling:

- Updated - I'm not exactly the winner of every spelling bee, but please try to use proper grammar and spelling in these forums. There is a spell check available when you're ready to post. Look for it near the 'Submit' button, and please use it.

Please be aware that if you see a minor spelling or grammar mistake by another member, try to refrain from correcting him/her. We aren't spelling officers, and no one should be punished just because they spelled "onomatopoeia" wrong. Although if the post is just plain hard to read and does not make any sense, then that's the time you should notify that particular person.

7. Disable your Sig in Picture threads:

If you are posting a picture in any thread then you MUST disable your signature. There is a box that you must un-check before submitting your post. It's the 4th box above 'Submit.' Many people still have 56K modems, and with so many pictures it becomes very slow to load.
*When posting a picture, please include any copyrights.

8. Don't Repeat a Thread:

Please do not post a thread that is already covered elsewhere. Before you post, look through the forum to make sure that your post is not already there.

9. Keep it 'G' Rated:

There will be NO sexual references, foul language, porn, drugs or alcohol discussion, or anything else like that.

10. Use common sense

If you have a question as to wether or not you should post something, chances are you shouldn't.

11. Read the Official Neoseeker Forum Rules:

Please read them, and follow through with them.

12. Do not abuse the 'Quote' option:

If you would like to quote a person, please quote only what's relevant. Do not quote entire posts just to make a point about 1 sentence a person said. Please use the Quote tag with care, and do not quote unnecessary things.

13. Do not 'dodge' bans:

If you have been banned from the forum, do not 'dodge' it and create another account. Your punishment could be a permanent ban.

14. Do not request closure:

Simple as that. As much as it may seem helpful, its an insult to a moderators intelligence , and gives an unfriendly feel to the community. It's unlikely it will earn you a ban, maybe just a flippant comment.

15. Do not bump dead threads:

Bumping a thread means to make a post, solely for it to come into view again. Not all topics are 30 page material, some wont last too long, let it takes its natural course, and make it's way into TLOZ: TWW forum history.

16. Moderators reserve the right to bend the rules:

Experience has taught me a few things, and for some, its necessary that this be made explicit. The mods aren't above the law, but we do enforce it.

17. Label Help Threads:

If you have a question that isn't answered, please label it like so:
[Help] Island/Topic on which you need help

Although this does not apply unless you make the title of the thread a question like, Where is Treasure Chart 9? If you don't label your help thread or make the title a basic question, then it will take more members some time.

18. Do not Memberate:

--Update-- You are not the moderator of this forum, and should not act as one. I know when things should go where, and telling me how to do my job is just as much spam as requesting for closure. This will not be tolerated.

19. Forum Games Prohibited:

--NEW!-- All forum games within the forum will be closed or deleted on sight. The only exception to this will be games test participants intricate knowledge of TLoZ:TWW (games that test trivia from the video game itself).

Any members or guests that continuously abuse these rules will have their screen names and IP numbers banned. This may last a few hours, a few days, or even permanently.
