K can someone tell me how to get the ice arrows, fire arrows, and how to get on top of mother and child isle.

You need the Ballad of Gales.Find the big cyclone northwest of Tower of the Gods.Shoot him with the arrows until he surrenders.Pay attention while he teaches you the song.Play the song and warp to the first cyclone on the map.There you are inside Mother&Child Isles.You will get the fire and ice arrows.
